The place is nicely located at the Ernst August shopping mall. But the service is extremely slow…read more It took us about 2 hours there to send a parcel. It was extremely frustrating. I would like to see the place work more efficiently. One should not require more than 30 mins to hand in a parcel at the counter. I would only go there again only if I do not have any other option.
