They don't react when you have a problem with delivery. The track and trace code/sendungsnummer shows you that the postmail isn't deliverd. You ask for post.de for a reason/help. They don't react at all, not even multiple times when you are contacting them. Really bad service. The mails/post is also not deliverd. read more
