very bad customer service, I just went last Friday to open the damn sparkasse bank account at…read more Universitätsstraße, Leipzig. the guy in the customers service told me that i need to have an appointment and i asked him what kinds of document i need to bring,he just told me that i can come on Monday with my student id and passport then i can open, i asked him that are these the only documents, then he said yes, guess what i went on Monday one customers service lady asked me some registration paper, i told her i came on Friday and her coworker just asked me for these things, she said no we need that document, she is new and he did not have the information that much. but that is not my problem one day working in the bank is more than enough to know what documents required to open the account. i was so upset when she told me that because i asked him by saying 'are these the only documents i need'? he just said by confidence yes . amazingly i went back home to bring the document that the lady asked me, for your surprise when i just arrive with my full documents for the third time in the bank outlet, the guy just told me that i need another appointment to open the account,which means 4th times i need to go to the bank to open one single damn account with the damn bank. even tough they still have 2 hours for closing and they are busy with there phones they did not have the motivation even to say sorry. very very bad service in my first impression. i just went in to another bank made an appointment to open the account tomorrow. i did not even found a reason why they did like that, may be its because of my skin color. Anyways expect some mistreatment if you are a foreigner like me.
