His office staff is RUDE. The kind of rude where you walk up to the front desk and they don't make eye contact with you because they are busy typing on their computer. The kind of rude where if you ask when your accounting/tax form will be completed they reply "he has what he needs and we'll let you know" (which means - stop bothering us, you're not that important).
