And some asshole named Vicki S will get in here and tell you she's going to help but never does. She's in on the scam as well, this company is dishonest and rips people off and should be shutdown down and owners thrown in jail. Turned to Yelp to find a car wash and unfortunately the one we choose was no longer open. The desk clerk at our hotel recommended Renewal Detail and gave us location directions (they were not on Yelp). When we arrived they were very busy and gave us an appointment based on the cars that they had already committed to. When we returned they tackled all of the accumulated dead bugs taking exceptional care not to damage the clear coat on the car. The car looked amazing! Their work was incredibly good.
