I brought my new vehicle in expecting exterior detailing and scratch correction based on the discussions beforehand. The final result did not meet my expectations, particularly regarding the scratch repair and overall exterior finish. The invoice listed "One Step Paint Correction" with a hand wash service for $200, but later I was told the pricing was actually intended to be broken down differently. That was never reflected on the invoice itself, which created confusion and disagreement regarding the services performed. To be fair, after I raised concerns, the company did offer to redo the work and provide additional buffing at no extra charge. However, by that point I was no longer comfortable bringing the vehicle back because the situation had already escalated into discussions involving collections, theft of services, the sheriff's department, DMV involvement, and vehicle liens over what I believed was ultimately a disputed service issue. I did ultimately pay the invoice to close the matter out, but overall I found the communication and handling of the dispute unnecessarily aggressive for a customer who acknowledged work was performed and attempted to discuss concerns in good faith. My advice to future customers would be to make sure all services and pricing are extremely detailed and itemized in writing beforehand.

I saw their ad for a discount on Facebook, so thought I would try them. Paid them about $1100 to detail my 28' center console boat. The day before I asked to make sure that their price included cleaning/waxing the top of the t-top (hard top). Was told that would be an extra $500. This was my first sign of concern...they had to know my boat was a hard top, why wasn't this already included? Fast forward to the work being "complete". I inspected. There was still mold in the console, which they were supposed to clean. The whole hull...both sides front to back...had no shine, but was dull and streaky. He re-did the console, but I was told there would be an extra charge to re-do the hull. The hull looked worse after they finished than it did before they started. Maybe this company does a good job on cars...but I would not recommend them for marine detailing.
