You need to stop blaming the world for your problems. Oh you've had 6 jobs? That makes you look like a bad employee. You need to start taking things seriously because the only person you can blame is yourself. My DOCTOR had told me that. You know what I did? I tried. I tried getting help. Yes I have family and friends and they're always an ear to listen. But you know what I did in the room of the doctors office? Crying. I'm crying like a baby. I have severe anxiety and depression all diagnosed by a medical professional. And she makes me cry and feel absolutely disgusted and worthless. We need to be more open minded. More open to listen to anyone going through something. You never know what someone is going through. You never know if they need someone to just listen. Please be aware. Because this is a real thing. Anxiety is real. Depression is real.
