The delivery date/time is always as promised, and they will put everything together for you if they had not done so prior to arriving at your home. What made things worse was the manager/management response -- when concerns about poor customer satisfaction were raised, management simply brushed them off by saying "that's your opinion" and made no real effort to fix the issues or offer proper solutions. There is no accountability, no follow-through, and no concern for customer satisfaction. Overall, poor quality furniture, poor service, and poor management.
