Desmore Insurance Consulting was founded to provide a more transparent, education-first approach to insurance. After seeing how often individuals and families were placed into plans they did not fully understand, the business was created to bridge the gap between insurance carriers and consumers. Rather than focusing on sales volume, Desmore Insurance Consulting was built around clear explanations, unbiased guidance, and long-term protection. As an independent insurance broker licensed in 18 states, the business works with a wide range of carriers to ensure clients receive coverage based on their actual needs, not company quotas or incentives. From the beginning, the mission has remained the same: help people understand their options, make informed decisions, and feel confident about their coverage before they ever need to use it.

I entered the insurance industry after learning firsthand how costly it can be when coverage is misunderstood or assumed rather than clearly explained. Like many people, I once believed I was protected, only to discover gaps in coverage when it mattered most. That experience changed how I viewed insurance and ultimately led me to build a consulting-focused practice. As the owner of Desmore Insurance Consulting, my priority is education, transparency, and integrity. I work as an independent insurance broker, which allows me to evaluate plans across multiple carriers without bias. I do not guide clients based on incentives, and any compensation is disclosed upfront. I am licensed in 18 states and take the time to explain coverage, costs, and responsibilities clearly so clients know exactly what they are choosing.
