Gerardo walked me through the entire process and explained all my different options. I had 3 problems to solve, energy, privacy and glare and he was able to solve all 3. He customized each area of my home to solve the individual issues There were 16 windows, each custom fit. The installation team was courteous, respectful and fun. The spent an entire day in my home, left it spotless and did not rush through the job. I am a single widow on my own and felt that they really cared that I understood the process and did not feel taken advantage of as so many try to do. ( Thats a fact ) The young guy in the back who does the design graphics ( im sorry, can't remember his name ) is really really good at what he does and came up with the perfect wrap for my car and brought my artwork to life! Everyone there ( especially the owner ) goes out of their way to make sure your happy with their work, ( I always am ). The guys in the back that actually install ,put on the graphics are at the top of their game! They are good at what they can do . The owner, ( again I'm awful with names, forgive me ) What a guy! Very polite, friendly, works with you. I can't say enough great things about him and his company. The quality of their work and company manners are top shelf! If you need something special and even if your ( like me ) Very picky about your car, they will ease your mind and come thru with the promise of great work. I highly HIGHLY recommend this business, I promise you, you won't regret it! These guys deserve all the praise! If I could give 20 stars I would.
Had horrible service from the beginning. I asked for a print in 2010 and the guy was charging me to…read moredesign a logo that literally came out looking like a 1 year old designed it. I really wish I would have saved this. Regardless, we gave this local business a try and we designed the logo and just had them print it. Every year after this we experienced nothing but horrible service. They'll take your money and deliver low quality. Yearly, when I speak with the owner "costs go up" one year I paid $55 for a non-digital print (5"W x 26"L), following year I paid $150 because it was a digital logo and in color. Then shortly after that $190 when he agreed on two more for $150 each, and the second was a discount price of $170. Yesterday I spoke with his employee and gave him the dimensions of 4ft wide by 1ft height, and his employee quoted me $35 digital, fully colored for 10 prints with my own logo. I called back the next day and the owner saw my purchase history and changed it to $280.00 for 1 print! Never going back to Alex (owner) does not care about his customers and last thing he said to me was, "you don't have to come back if you don't like the service."
