We love our search engine optimized website, our newly designed menus and now our new online ordering system which was quickly built for us, in response to the Coronavirus pandemic. Quates Mexican Restaurant had to change quickly in response to the coronavirus, from a primarily dine- in restaurant, to a primarily take-out and delivery operation and Rosa was there for us every step of the way. Rosa and her team have helped us with social media by helping us gain followers through Facebook lives and Instagram posts and we look forward to our new email campaign that will help get the word out about new take-out and in-house delivery service, as well as our new safety protocols. Definitely better than the worst I have dealt with in the development world, but also no where near 5 stars either. My sense is that time isn't managed well over at Blackstone. If your a really big fish, and you've got a big budget that you are looking to spend, you'll likely get great service and attention for a while, until a bigger fish is swimming by, then you may get tossed to the back burner. At least that's been my experience as well as the experience of other business owners I know that trusted them with important projects. That being said, Grif Blackstone has some talented people there. I do wish them the best of luck and hope they get their act together and I can come back and rate at 5 stars in the future!

He claims to be a "family man" but don't fall for it. We paid him $750 for web work which our money was taken, we were strung along for 60 days ( just long enough to not be able to file a charge back for non-service) and then got threatening emails stating the "internet will find out all about you.." etc if we filed a case against him. Well we did, along with a cyber stalking order as our locations and reviews mysteriously got taken down. He goes by "Jay Raffa" but a quick internet search will see his name is Jason and he has a history of ripping people off then blocking them everywhere. He used to be Genius Web Design aka GWD enterprises now he is "Jason" and Mobile Web Nerd aka MWN Enterprises. He actually does not have a business at all just a fictitious name he ordered from sunbiz. Don't fall for his sad story of being a single dad trying to make it... His legal record dictates this is very, very far from the truth. I can provide pictures of his web of lies and disrespect. He tried so hard at the end to push my buttons to make me react by threats and he "knows people that know me."
