In doing so, one of the employees knocked on the door and rudely said " you can't be in there with her." My boyfriend apologized and tried to explain to her that he was just helping me get stuff on as i'm pregnant and couldn't quite reach on my own. She did nothing but give him dirty looks for the duration of us being there. When it came to me paying, she was at the cash and walked away while I was waiting making another employee come up and serve me. I honestly haven't felt so uncomfortable and looked down upon by a clothing store in my life, or any store for that matter. I expected more out of Ardene's staff and customer service, customer satisfaction is definitely not one of their priorities.

I have never felt so smaller and insignificant in my life , why can't you just be kind ??? If you don't like people from all different backgrounds, maybe you should not work with the public !!!

Every time we go to this store we receive excellent service. It's a pricey store, but they do put…read moreon some great sales and the clothing is very good quality. The men's sizing is very precise with fitted or more relaxed fit dress shirts and pants. We have mostly purchased men's clothing but they also have a small women's section as well. Two of my favourite items in this store are the wide selection of tie-able bow ties (as opposed to pre-tied bow ties) and the small selection of satirical books found at the register. The books are quite expensive and I have yet to see them on sale, but they are such fun: How to be a lady, how to behave at a formal diner party - amazing! Tanger outlets have all the essentials for every event, from the casual BBQ to a night on the town, to a fancy dress ball - enjoy!
