I was trying clothing on and needed help zipping something up, so I asked my boyfriend to step in…read moreand help me. In doing so, one of the employees knocked on the door and rudely said " you can't be in there with her." My boyfriend apologized and tried to explain to her that he was just helping me get stuff on as i'm pregnant and couldn't quite reach on my own. She did nothing but give him dirty looks for the duration of us being there. When it came to me paying, she was at the cash and walked away while I was waiting making another employee come up and serve me. I honestly haven't felt so uncomfortable and looked down upon by a clothing store in my life, or any store for that matter. I expected more out of Ardene's staff and customer service, customer satisfaction is definitely not one of their priorities.
