Chad is both my son and daughter's barber. He is the best! He is personable and professional! My son is a model and actor and he always keeps his fade looking fresh! My teen daughter recently decided to cut long hair much shorter because she wanted an edgy look. Chad did such a great job, ensuring at every step of the way that it was what she wanted. Called and asked for a style in which they told me to call another stylist and they would send the information. I waited for 5 minutes and called to ask for the number. When they finally decided to answer. There response was. And I quote. "Are you fucking serious. I hung up on you three times already" then hung up again. Got my haircut here by Chad who was super nice and fun to chat with while he gave me a fantastic haircut with great attention to the little details. Great new Spot to get a haircut. Very professional , relaxed , friendly and clean setting. Great location, plenty of parking I usually end up coming in early or staying late because of the interesting conversations or competitive game of chess going on. I get my cut from Saint . Tea Lyn is an exceptional esthetician. From the moment I walked in the door, the ambiance was peaceful and the facilities were exceptionally clean. I had a facial and eyebrow shaping. She used a variety of tools and techniques which made my facial an experience, not just a service. Although it has been a while since I had a facial, this was by far the best I've had. Today is April 25th; the second day that the state of Georgia has been open UP since the President of the United States shut the country down on March 13th. On February 01st, I got my hair done at Designer-Cuts. I spent $90 to have my hair dyed and to get my hair flat iron. Kaee known as Kissed by KAEE IG_Kissedbykaee_ at 5445 Atlanta HWY, Suite A, Alpharetta, GA 30004. Chad and Saint are the owners of Designer Cuts. Saint is the person who referred me to Kaee. Just so the readers know, Saint cut my son's hair numerous times. So, he personally knew who I was when he referred me to Kaee. When I informed Saint that Kaee died my forehead he had a do not care attitude and told me to call Chad.Then, he gave me Chad's personal telephone. Chad would never answer his telephone, but he eventlyally sent me the below text message on March 19th. To this day , Chad , nor Saint have never called me or have asked to see my dyed forehead. Kaee, Chad, and Saint focus is the $90 that I spent and are not remorse or concern for the fact that I have a forehead that has permanent dye on it. There attitude is where are going to keep the $90; sue me if you want. I can careless about the $90; matter of fact I have never asked for a refund. I have been trying relentlessly since February 01st to get the Dye off of my forehead nothing is working rubbing alcohol, baking soda and dish detergent, lemon juice, bleaching cream, nor vitamin E. My Dermatologist told me that it will fade overtime and that she cannot write me a prescription drug that will remove the dye from my Forehead. Below is the actual text message that Chad text me on March 19th. The Barber Shop was illegally operating on March 19th. The President of the USA shut the country down and all businesses down on March 13th. Chad and Saint were at the barber shop on March 19th working. I drove by the Barber Shop on April 23rd; Thursday and Chad's little black Honda Civic was outside the shop, the television set was on, and there were customers inside the shop. There was a sign at the strip mall plaza entrance telling consumers the shop was open although it was not suppose to be reopen until April 24th; Friday according to the Governor of Georgia. This violation has been reported to the Governor office. At 6:58 p.m. March 19th Chad sent the below text message. To this day , he has never called. " I am just finishing up a service, please allow me a day to get with K, gather all the information and together we will resolve the issue Thank You for your patience. As of April 25, 2020, Chad, nor Kaee, or Saint have called me. I told Kae several times via text message and twice in person all she cared about was refusing to return the $90 that I paid her, although I never asked for the $90 my main focus was figuring out a way to get the dye off of my forehead. I am prewarning consumers. Do not do business with Designer Cuts. If you get the Coronavirus, which is much more serious than a dyed forehead, trust me Chad and Saint are going to give you the cold shoulder and put you in a position whereas you got to sue them get results . All they care about is the money that they make off the customers, not demonstrating excellent ethical skills by showing that they are sympathetic to any discomfort and/or illness that a customer contracted as a result of receiving services from their barber shop. This barber shop has great customer service. I took my son for a haircut and he was fussy because it was only his second time getting a cut and Chad made him feel so comfortable. His cut was sharp and we now have a local barber shop to call home without having to travel too far from our neighborhood. The atmosphere was also conducive to having children in there as they had a small play area for kids while you wait. We will definitely be back! read more

Excellent place to get a haircut. The way the shop is setup is meant for a more personal experience when receiving your haircut instead of the typical open shop . I was also surprised at the fact that there is a salon section and a soon to come section to receive tattoos from a tattoo artist. Would recommend checking out the shop. read more
