BECKY is an ANGEL!!!! I cannot even begin to tell you how she went ABOVE and BEYOND for complete strangers!! Her proximity to the Court House is the initial reason I called her shop. We were doing a quick courthouse wedding and I wanted a simple bouquet... well, I called her the day BEFORE the ceremony!! Not only did she agree to the short notice, but she DELIVERED it to me at the Magistrate office AND STAYED TO BE OUR WITNESS!! She brought another new employee with her, Theresa, and together they were true blessings! They became our florist, witness and PHOTOGRAPHERS!!!! WOW!! Who does this for complete strangers!!??? We felt like we'd known them for years. What a beautiful hometown gesture from a local owned business. Not only can I not say enough about this huge gesture, but the bouquet was absolutely beauty and EXACTLy what I was picturing! She also made a matching boutonnière for my groom. THEN.... because the magistrate office isn't so pretty, she told us to follow her a few blocks down the street where she took pictures for us by a pretty fountain and gazebo!! WOW WOW WOW WOW!!! Life savers to me! Ordered at 1415hrs and was guaranteed delivery in same town, same day, before 1700hrs. I'm a guy and have no idea about what really says, I love you, via gifts, to my wife. The young lady on the phone helped pick it out for me too, while working with what I had left on my credit card. Super people, great business, and I recommend them completely. Of course, give them a break on delivery. Don't call them at 500pm and get mad if they can't deliever same day. Be courteous to them (or everyone for that matter!) and you shall receive in return. Beautiful Flowers, Great People, Will use this florist again soon! I ordered some early Valentines Day flowers for my girlfriend to have delivered to her at work. I went through www.floraflora.com to order, however, floraflora gave me the name of the local florist that would be making the arrangement and delivery, so I called to confirm everything. Requested arrangement with roses and carnations for my mothers birthday. Arrangement delivered only contained 12 carnations and lots of filler, with no roses. When my mother called the shop to ask about delivery the woman who answered the phone was very rude and indicated that her delivery would not happen on the day that it was scheduled by saying "Well that ain't gonna happen". Poor customer service and skimpy arrangement will ensure that we never use this florist again. If you're looking for a great florist in the Albemarle area, try Edwards in Norwood. Closest thing to the old Harwoods that you can find and the delivered a beautiful arrangement! read more
