You can see and feel a 5 inch ridge where the pieces are joined together. Installers were out three times but they keep telling us the "not to worry" and it will go way. It's been three months and it is not going away. No one from Maccos has been out to see the seam. Shelly, the manager, says I should only get back to her "if the seams worsens or separates." Apparently, a very noticeable ridge is OK with their quality standards.
