New Navien tankless water heater

I'm so pleased with their service. Nick Perry who did the installation was very knowledgeable, very professional!!! It took less than four hours. He deserves more than five stars!! He did a great job on installing my new Navien tankless water heater. He is very diligent and courteous! Not only that, the price was very reasonable! He makes sure that my entire house have hot water before leaving us. I highly recommend this company if you ever need to service your water heater or install a new one.

I haven't had hot water for two days now! I called Vegas Plumbing Service at 8:15am today to request a technician to look at my water heater. A very friendly representative answered right away! I was so relieved to hear her say that someone would be out in about 40min-- I received a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way, he arrived shortly after and completed the job in 20minutes! Micheal's overall customer service, professionalism, & genuine recommendations made the experience so much less stressful. I can't express enough how much of a difference it makes to have the right people in the right jobs. He helped us resolve a short term issue and gave long term advice as well since our water heater is pretty old. Michael also took time to explain some of his findings to my partner, which was an added bonus so we can grow our own knowledge as first time homeowners! I will definitely be getting my new water heater from you guys in the future. Thank you Michael & Vegas Plumbing Service!

He did advise me that an Anode Rod needed replacing. Although the home warranty replaced the water heater last year and wrote on it to replace every 2-3 years, Tim said after one year, it looks like it might be failing. After thinking about it and working with my water osmosis filter company and them having to replace my water softener, they also confirm replacing the anode rod is probably the best thing for me, so now I will look into this company replacing the anode rod as suggested. I just have to do research enough to learn more to make these better decisions. Thank you to Legacy for their services and how they handled my account.

During that time, I have repeatedly been given inaccurate information regarding service recommendations and repairs that later appeared unnecessary. Today's service appointment was the most concerning example. I maintain a paid annual club membership that includes maintenance for both my tankless water heater and HVAC system. The technician arrived nearly two hours late and appeared exhausted. Most troubling, the scheduled tankless water heater flush -- the primary purpose of the visit -- was never performed. Instead, the technician took photographs and left without completing the service. Two days prior to this appointment I seriously considered canceling my membership due to ongoing concerns with the company's declining service standards. Unfortunately, I decided to give Legacy one final opportunity and renewed the membership. The outcome of today's appointment unfortunately confirmed my concerns. As a result, I will now be pursuing a chargeback for services that were paid for but not delivered. This level of service is unacceptable. After five years as a loyal customer, I expected professional conduct, timely service, and completion of the work that was scheduled. What occurred instead reflects a troubling lack of accountability and respect for long-standing customers.

Pricing was explained clearly upfront, with no surprises. I'm very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them.

On 5/15/2026, I had a seasonal A/C inspection done by Lee's Plumbing and Heating, and while the…read moretechnician himself was polite, my overall experience left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. After the inspection, I was presented with nearly $12,000 worth of recommended repairs and replacements, including replacing both my air conditioner and furnace. During that conversation, my husband was at work and I was home alone. The technician asked me whether I had someone else who could help me make these decisions. While it may have been said politely, I found the comment inappropriate and condescending, as though my ability to make decisions was being questioned because I was home alone. As a homeowner, I am fully capable of understanding and making informed decisions regarding my home and finances. My husband was also extremely unhappy that I was spoken to that way. He already feels like he needs to be present during these types of appointments to ensure I am treated respectfully, and unfortunately, this experience reinforced exactly why he feels that way. It is also important to note that my air conditioning system was working at the time of the inspection. Nothing had stopped working or completely failed. The other companies did identify a couple of components that needed to be replaced, and we did move forward with those repairs. However, nothing they recommended was anywhere near as extensive or expensive as the nearly $12,000 replacement estimate I was given by Lee's. Given the size of the estimate, I decided to get two additional opinions from other HVAC companies before moving forward. Neither company agreed that my air conditioner or furnace needed replacement, and both recommended a much smaller repair instead. At that point, I genuinely felt like I was being pressured into unnecessary and extremely expensive replacements. What made the situation even worse was the lack of communication and professionalism afterward. The same day I received this alarming news and estimate, I was told I would either receive a phone call or a visit from a supervisor between 5:30-6:00 PM. No one called and no one showed up. When I contacted the company, I was routed to a California call center where the representative was very apologetic and attempted multiple times over about 15 minutes to reach the Las Vegas office with no success. He assured me a technician would call me Monday morning between 8:00-9:00 AM. Instead, Monday morning I received a call saying the supervisor was already on his way to my home, despite no one confirming that appointment with me. I explained that I was expecting a phone call first to discuss next steps and that we could not meet that day, so a meeting was scheduled for Tuesday evening instead. However, after receiving the second opinions and learning that the major replacements were not actually necessary, I canceled the Tuesday appointment with the manager as well. We ultimately moved forward with the much smaller repair recommended by the other companies. Because of this entire experience, I also canceled my scheduled water heater flush and plumbing inspection because I no longer had confidence or trust in the company. I will never use Lee's Plumbing and Heating again, and based on my experience, I would not recommend them to others.

He arrived exactly on time, which we really appreciated since we had to work around our family's schedule. After a quick introduction, he got right to work diagnosing the issue. What stood out most was how thorough his inspection was. He didn't just do a quick fix and leave. He checked the thermostat, refrigerant levels, electrical connections, airflow, and the condenser unit outside. While he worked, he explained what he was seeing in plain terms so I could actually understand what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. It's rare to get a tech who takes the time to educate you without making you feel rushed. Mason identified the problem quickly, walked me through the repair options with clear pricing from Marc Lewis, and got our approval before doing any work. The repair itself was efficient and clean. He tested the system afterward to make sure it was cooling correctly and even replaced the filter and cleaned up the workspace before he left.

(Non emergency situation since it's just the beginning of summer) When the tech came out he was punctual, and came in with a neat uniform. He quoted me $2k+ then said, "I can replace the following parts, but I can't guarantee how much longer your unit will last." "If it were me I would get a brand new unit." I informed the tech he was my first estimate/quote of the day, and that I have 2 other techs scheduled, "I'll get back to you." The look on his face looked irritated that I was not ready to make a decision. He also didn't understand the social que that "I'll let you know," means to also leave my home. As I tried walking him out he said "let me at least get you some air flowing." And at the time it seemed like a genuine act, & such desperation for sales, in my head I remember thinking "damn, if this tech doesn't make a sale is he going to get fired?" That was the pressure I felt. So I was over charged for a capacitor. Replacing the capacitor did not fix my issue. I suppose this was a learning lesson for me, that when obtaining a quote, next time I'll stand my ground, and just ask the tech to straight up leave. Or I can make sure to have a male friend present. I requested $120.00 refunded to me, out of the $300 I paid. That would make this icky feeling go away. I have not heard back from the operations manager. Do some research before moving forward with Goettl.
