On the 3rd week of waiting, I called them again, and I told them that if they are busy, to just let me know so I can request a different facility to have the referal sent over by my kid's primary. Inwas put on hold for 15 minutes and had to hang up and never heard from them back. I can't imagine how they treat those who don't have that nice insurance. I don't know if they have any idea how important this matter is for the parents and children with speech delay. Horrible customer service

My son looks forward to seeing her each week. I love that they use neurodiverse-affirming play-based therapy techniques, so the kids are active and engaged. He is very knowledgeable, professional and so positive and cheerful! He uses a variety of techniques and tools but some activities are the same so I can see my progress. Everyone at the Bullhead office is welcoming and provides an atmosphere to enhance progress. The space is clean. I see employees changing pillowcases and wiping down equipment. They have every tool u could think of which tells me they don't hesitate to invest in their clients. I looked at several clinics before choosing Northern Arizona. One clinic had only one PT who would evaluate u after a lengthy wait, write a treatment plan and never see u again. None could compare to the extensive staff of PT's and Associates available at Northern Arizona. I appreciate that I have always gotten appointments at times that r convenient to me. Best place for PT services!!
