This entity, who is so cowardly to not even use her/his complete real name, described many things s/he personally liked about the Vida Cleanse retreat. S/he pointed out that Yesenia was NOT the person who led this particular retreat. Then, s/he complained about a broadcast e-mail from Yesenia offering a discount for positive Yelp reviews just as she became the new owner. It is completely normal and common when a business changes hands and/or is "Under New Management" that they have a "Grand Re-opening" and offer incentives such as a "Sale" or new-customer discounts. For that one e-mail "K S." felt was SPAM, s/he decided not to give 4, or 3, or 2 stars, s/he went all the way down to the lowest possible 1 star! This cruel person wanted to harm Yesenia's small business just as she was starting out and hurt someone's livelihood because of a single insignificant promotional e-mail. This idiot could care less how this could hurt Yesenia and the tears this may have caused. The 5-day cleansing retreat held at The Spring Resort & Spa in Desert Hot Springs, California, was a truly healing, relaxing, and memorable vacation for me. Yesenia sent pre-fast instructions, itinerary of activities, and a fasting schedule to me in advance. When I arrived, she handed out a prepared booklet of more detailed instructions, checklists, and information on the specific benefits and details of our particular fast.
