I took my truck in to get my front windows redone and also get my back windows matched. My first trip there, I made the appointment which was next day. Dropped the truck off to them. Took about the time they said it would. Upon arriving looking at the tint of my truck it's 6:30pm at this point. Already had them redo 2 of my windows due to scratches. I was tired also had work the next morning. I got into my truck and headed home. The next few weeks I started to noticing scratches all over the windows even the 2 they replaced while I was there. So I drive over there. They took a look at the truck and said that the tools where the problem and they would take care of it. Come drop the truck off at 1 and pick up at 6. So I did, once I arrived the tinter told the owner it's not his fault and he wouldn't redo my truck. I'd also like to add they don't take into consideration of items that are on the windshield or in the truck when spraying the water. I have a $500 radar with a $200 camera that the poured water on. It's an escort model they could've at least removed it off the windshield. But besides the point. So they rescheduled me to have the owner of the shop doing my truck. I arrived to the appointment it took them a few hours to do i the tint right. That's what I thought they just handed my keys to my truck. They left glue all over the inside of my truck. Also there are still scratches on different windows. I paid $500 for a professional tint job which I'm not 100 percent happy with. I also drive a 2020 gmc serria 1500 at4. But hey this is just me, I've had multiple trucks tinted. This is by far the worst one I've ever had. read more
