The front desk ladies are so friendly and helpful. Ramsey will help you understand the pre-adjustment routine which I am most impressed with. She will "hold your hand" through the whole process. She's awesome. Then either Dr. DeLong or Dr. Ropp will work your adjustment. They prepared a personalize at-home exercise plan for me. The first session went better than my last chiro. The joint is very simple without taking away from its professionalism. I've done at least 4 sessions now. I love it. It's cost effective and the doctor does care about how you feel. I will recommend the joint to anyone who needs back adjustments. In case this is important to you, they do not do X-rays.
