I called 3 times to the agency, I was told I would get the information about my 5 star Hotel. But I am still waiting.... I feel I was cheated bad here.... I NEVER would recommend this agency. This is a terrific travel agency--they couldn't have been more helpful in finding a good, cheap…read moreflight to Oslo for me as well as booking my flight on to Amsterdam later. That agent made phone calls to the airlines to find out about baggage rules so I would know what to expect at the airport. (I don't travel light.) Fluent in English, Spanish and German and maybe more, and I couldn't recommend them more highly.
