Went on the Ring of Kerry tour (in conjunction with Railtours Ireland - starting in Dublin). Our driver/tour guide was very knowledgeable. We made many stops along the way and had ample time to take pictures. There was one stop where there was a guy chillin with some baby sheep. He let us hold them! So adorable! Oh and there's free WiFi on the bus! Not the best signal as it comes and goes but it's still something! Would definitely recommend!

I took the Dingle tour and had an ok experience. A few friends warned me about the narrow roads on Dingle Peninsula and suggested doing a tour instead of driving it myself. They were right about the roads. Glad I took the tour but you can never stop at all the places that you want to stop at. We stopped at a few places that I really didn't care for and wished we stopped at other places. If you plan on doing Dingle and want to drive yourself, I would suggest going early and doing Slea Head in a clockwise route. Our tour along with other buses drove the route clockwise. Therefore you'll avoid passing narrow roads with huge buses.

Ger was a very good driver and pulled over to let cars pass us whenever he could, and that didn't impact our timeline at all.

Well the only reason I've given this 5 stars is that 10 stars is not available…read more We just got back from the Notre Dame vs. Navy trip to Ireland. Kerry Coaches provided the transportation for our entire trip. Our driver, John Keane, was the greatest tour guide I've ever had for any tour anywhere. That's not an exaggeration, trust me. The majority of the group picked a few of us up at Shannon airport as they flew into Dublin the day before. After joining the group we made our way to the Cliffs of Moher and five minutes into the journey, the impressive knowledge and charm of our driver John Keane spilled out. From Irish history, to the geography and geology of the landscape we traveled, as well as the religious background, we all learned so much and couldn't wait to hear more. John also mixed in more hilarious Irish sayings than I've ever heard. The only negative of the trip is the regret that we should have filmed the whole week of John and the tour. We made our way to Dublin and watched the game. Those of us traveling back to fly out of Shannon had rented a van to leave early (4am) on Sunday to catch our flight as John was going to drop the rest of the group flying out of Dublin. When he heard that we rented a van he looked into it and set us up with another driver he knew that was taking a couple of people on the same trip at the same time back to Shannon that we were taking. We were able to cancel our rental, jump in with that driver, and not have to worry about driving on the wrong side of the road, getting gas, returning the van, etc. It really eased our minds for our final trip home. I hope that someone will read this and book Kerry Coaches for their travel in Ireland. Their coaches were clean and comfortable. Just basing it on our experience with John I'm sure all of their drivers/tour guides, are great, but if you can request John Keane you will thank me. He is truly a special person.

Martin went out of his way to ensure that we had good caddies at the clubs we played, and insured that we had water and snacks including fresh baked cookies and bananas every day. He was always on time and available for anything we desired. He is an excellent tour guide and was very knowledgeable on all sites that we visited. Martin thanks for giving us a very special vacation. The Favor Family.

The fare was 35 Euros, fair considering the distance. A taxi arrived at the appointed time, but there was a stark difference between the age of the driver, young-ish, and the face on the taxi license, which bore the name Michael Constine; the driver was the son of Michael. The driver had been instructed by the hotel to take us to Douglas, but he left us off at Hayfield Hotel, almost 10 kilometers away from the correct address. Who knows what he was doing or thinking, and he was not especially nice or friendly on the ride. Once our party of three got out of the taxi, we soon realized Mr. Constine (jr's) error and we asked him to take us where he was supposed to go, and he swore at us, would not let us re-enter his taxi and he drove off. Do what you may to AVOID, at all costs, Michael Constine in a taxi, son or father. We had to pay another 25 Euros to get to our correct destination. I am requesting a full refund, but don't expect any reply either from father or son, or the taxi service he is associated with. This experience left us all with a bad taste and reflects poorly on Cork. Shame on the Constine family for treating visitors with such hostility. David
