When I sat down to begin, he came back over to me and offered coffee or tea. I chose coffee and Voila! He was back with it perfectly sweetened and creamed, free of charge! We had a very nice conversation, and the coffee was a special Vietnamese blend that I'd never tried before. So delicious! Our nails were done very quickly and turned out absolutely beautiful. My first impression of the salon is that it's fresh and clean. It's painted a light mossy green which is soothing. I really like the large chandelier in the front area and the funky chic silver filigree lights in the pedicure area. I had booked an appointment for noon and I had to wait about 15 minutes for my turn. They were really busy on Saturday. The pedicure was ok. Then it was time for my manicure. The guy in the shop did my manicure and did a terrible job of it. He was filing my nails wildly and I ended up fixing some nails that were not looking good. Then after he painted my nails, I looked closely at them and noticed he missed parts here and there and I saw fibers from the cotton balls mixed in the polish. What a mess. So he removed all the polish and started over. But he made a mess again. The one girl came over to finish my manicure and I was pleased with what she did. Overall it was pretty good and I'll most likely return as long as I don't have the guy do my mani pedi.

She takes time with your problem areas and works through it really well. For ex. when I went to her for the first time for a facial I had a lot of black heads and she spent about 20 minutes only cleaning them. Its as if she takes it really seriously to give her client a good treatment. But the only downside is she is not very cheerful or smiling. If she adds little bit of 'smile' element, she will be great.

Please do yourself a favor!! My wedding is in 6 weeks and this is a total nightmare. I paid her for the service, now I need to get tattoo removal, heal from that then pay a professional to fix me. I seriously wish I could've found a review for her eyebrows but all there was was eyelashes and how meticulous she was. Oh FYI she used an art exacto knife to do the "feathering" then did a solid fill with a tattoo gun. My eyebrows are 2 huge scabs. No where during all my research did I see or hear anyone using a razor blade for micropigmentation.

Went for a bikini wax a few weeks ago, was greeted politely and thought I would give this…read moreparticular service here a try as I had had other treatments (facials, massages) here before. It is a lot cheaper than most places charge, and it shows. I got to the table and a younger lady came in, I told her that I wanted everything gone, and she nodded her head saying "brazilian, everything gone, perfect" i'm not exaggerating when I say my appointment lasted less than 10 minutes. She put BOILING hot wax onto me, and when I expressed my discomfort she said it was "normal" for it to be that hot, having had waxes every six weeks I know it isn't normal. After putting on the wax she put two paper strips on each side of my legs and ripped promptly, didn't hold down the skin to minimize discomfort at all. She then said "thank you" and walked out the room before I could say anything. I was confused as she had put a strip half covering each side. There was still wax on me that she hadn't removed. How is that "everything gone?" I quickly got dressed and went downstairs, the lady at the front desk asked how it was. I told her I was very unhappy and wanted more removed and that I would like my waxing lady to come back and finish the job, I was then informed she had GONE HOME. The lady said there was nothing that she could do and promptly handed me the point of sale system to pay. She then said they were closing so I had no choice but to go home. I called the next day and they said there was nothing that could be done. They were happy to take my money, but refused to fix it, or be professional, so I had to go and pay elsewhere to have it fixed and the job finished. The appointment left wax on me that was painful to remove since it had hardened, and I was left sore and bruised since she had not held down the skin and just yanked the strips off of me. The management was extremely poor, and so was the service. I will not be coming back and have deterred multiple friends from going to suffer the same fate that I did. Just a cash grab with poorly trained staff. Cheap price for a cheap service.
