Absolutely awful. Went here for a new exhaust for my car and they seemed really genuine and told me…read morehow they were going to look after my car and get it fixed asap. Well... big mistake. They replaced the exhaust but messed up the rest of my car! I had to return three times after as my engine light kept on coming on as I was driving and each time the mechanic admitted that it was his fault as he had not clipped the sensors back in! After the third time, I could feel my car dragging and my fuel was running down quicker than normal so I took my car to another garage for a diagnosis which cost me more money on top of the £250 that I had already paid to hi q and they advised me that the sensor clip that I had been shown by the mechanic at hi q which he had said that he had forgotten to clip back in was now broken! Took the car back to hi q and they called me a liar. I was in tears in the shop. The manager on duty was shouting at me. I had my kids in the car and all I wanted was for my car to work normally again. They made me feel like a criminal. I'd done nothing wrong but pay them for a service that was not fulfilled. Please do not go here, especially if you are a woman as I think they saw me as an easy target. My car still doesn't drive right now, they have supposedly fixed it. Awful mechanics and awful customer service.

Another example of the amazing value they/he offer. The wing mirror on my Land Rover was clipped by another vehicle at speed and was knocked off and just hanging there. Quotes were crazy to repair it. Went so see Simon and he called to ask the cost of a replacement mirror which is what was recommended by others - £1,200!!! Then it would have gone be painted and installed. He said - bring it in Monday and I think I can fix it for you. Sure enough he did!! Cost £97 and 6 months later it is still perfect!!

MOT scammers! They…read morefailed my car on MOT for some bad bushings and tried to convince me that they are giving me a very good deal to fix it. I was suspicious, as the car was driving perfectly and the price seemed very high, considerring the price of the parts and the labour needed. Besides that, the car was fully serviced somewhere else about one month before the MOT, and the mechanics assured me it's in perfect condition. Since then, I barely used the car, so the chances for it to fail with a major defect were quite low. As a result, I took the car to another garage, which I trust, but is a bit far from where I live. I asked them to replace the defective bushings and MOT the car. Their answer was: "the bushings are fine and there is no way the car should fail MOT for this". At least they had a good laugh at the prices offered by DPR and their price was closer to what I thought it should be.
