This is, unfortunately, not gonna be a good review…read more Though I have enjoyed coming to this bakery franchise, the service of the particular "Bäckeria" has repeatedly been more than sub-par. The last experience that drove me to draft this review was as follows: We (2 of us) waited in line behind 2 other patrons to order coffee. After 14 minutes of no acknowledgement or anything, we were able to order with a rather rude and off-put associate. We received our two coffees and went for the sugar & cream station; all the null was empty. Being a good sport I took all the empty milk cans and took 'em to the counter, just as you would in any other coffee place. I tried to get he attention of another associate, and make her aware of the milk-situation. She was even more off-putting han the first associate. All this for coffee... and this was not he first time that this branch has failed horrendously at customer service. At 1.70€ (~2.25$ or 3.40 DM) a small cup, customers ought to at least receive a single smile. Needless to say, unless thus changes, I will shy away from this establishment.
