I made my appointment a week ahead, did not have to wait when I arrived, was offered refreshment straight away and - very important for me since my German is terrible - the young lady who took care of me spoke English the whole time. What I absolutely loved was that everyone was genuinely as excited as I was about finding the right dress for me, and that made my time there really special. The shop is small, but the dresses are stunning and the service is top notch, so I would definitely recommend Lilly to anyone.
