They did an excellent job getting this house in shape. All new water lines, drain lines, water heater, shower fixtures, toilet, etc. Every person was courteous, on time and nice to work with. Our job is now complete and I have the piece of mind that our new systems have warranties to keep them running smoothly should we encounter any problems. The plumber who came out was not only professional but genuinely kind and personable. After finishing the heater service, I asked if he could take a look at my three outdoor water faucets. All of them had slow leaks, and one had an old extension fitting attached to a garden hose that was nearly impossible to remove. Even after I finally got it off, I couldn't find a replacement at any big box store or plumbing supply shop. He didn't hesitate for a moment. He walked around with me, examined all three faucets, and explained clearly what was going on. He even disassembled parts of each faucet to get a better look. After evaluating everything, he let me know that all three really needed to be brought up to code and replaced eventually. What truly impressed me was what happened next. Instead of just giving advice and heading out, he offered--right then and there--to fix the worst faucet on the spot. I was honestly astonished. He took his time, removed the old faucet and all the outdated plumbing attached to it, and installed a brand‑new one. No rushing, no cutting corners. Just solid, careful work.
