To be clear, this actually has nothing to do with this office. This is 100% to do with CAAC's…read morebilling. They have the absolute WORST medical billing I have delt with. This billing will ultimately be the reason I stop getting my shots. It is impossible to see what you're being billed for on their site. It only takes you to a form to to input your info and pay. It won't even tell you how much you owe. It just gives you a place to put a dollar amount. If you ask about pretty much anything financial in the actual office, they direct you to call the billing office. The invoices are all over the place. One said I owed $341, they other says I owe $533. I set up a payment plan with the billing office, which I thought was going pretty smoothly.... Then I had my purse stolen and forgot that this payment was on one of the cards that got stolen. I missed one payment, called to make it right, not my payment plan has to be re-setup... for more money a month because the billing for my shots hadn't been going into the account. No one told me they were separate accounts, and that I had to pay separately for each. I got no bills for the shots, I only got one lump sum bill, which told me that I need to pay the WHOLE AMOUNT. I called the billing office today to give them the new card information, and pay the amount missed in November. The woman I spoke to, though understanding, was very confusing. Also, she told me that I needed to look at my insurance statement to understand what was being billed. I don't really feel like it's my total responsibility to figure out what they billed. Why isn't there anyway to look up the info on the patient portal on their website?! At least I haven't been sent to collections (I don't think I have anyway), but this is just maddening and ridiculous. It shouldn't be this difficult to figure their billing. It shouldn't be this difficult to understand ANY medical billing! Medical is too f-ing expensive in this country, at this time for them not to be 100% clear about what they are billing, and how much you owe. Not a good way to handle your medical billing... Not good at all.

Don't visit! The doctor listened to about a quarter of what I said, did not tell me what I would be…read moretested for. Because I went in asking for a food allergy test I made an assumption my food allergies would be tested. They were not. So now I have to go pay somewhere else to have an another test done. If you do go here, I would recommend having a very explicit conversation about what they will be testing for. I would also recommend demanding a copy of your test results at the appointment. Otherwise you'll have to call three times to get them. I couldn't be more disappointed with my experience.

Some people have apparently enjoyed a good visit with MHO but that was not my experience. Was…read morereferred by my primary for a chronically clogged nose and difficulty breathing. No diagnosis.., just irrigate and come back if I still can't breath though my nose and they will do a procedure that his not approved by insurance. Ugh, So found another ENT who ordered a CT scan and diagnosed polyps and chronic sinisitus. Prescribed meds and finally feeling better. Also said the procedure "recommended" as a next step by MHO was counter indicated based on the CT scan findings. Ugh. Interesting aside is that that the doc didn't read the intake paperwork before we met. Didn't know my age nor why I was there. Also did a hearing test, found a high frequency hearing loss and recommended hearing aids. Ordered and fitted. Ten minute appointment to adjust. Horrible fit, noisy, clicks and the software didn't work. Eventually the charger melted and ruined the hearing aids. They charged me $250 to return them. I am not making that up. They also lectured me for causing the melting of charger because I "should have known" not to use a generic USB-C cable. Seriously. Went to another audiologist and was tested for free, recommended aids that were $1200 cheaper than Mile High and they spent an hour calibrating them via some sophisticated equipment and software to ensure perfect sound. Incredible experience. The software is better, the warranty is better, the sound is much better and experience was exceptional in comparison. A quick aside is the reception and lead nurse are lovey humans. Funny and nice. My recommendation is to think twice before scheduling with MHO
