Enlow & staff are very friendly and very good with pain management; and make everybody feel at home. They are very professional and are very good at dental work and general teeth cleaning. This is the first dental office I used that will administer nitrous oxide gas that relives pain and stress. Now I enjoy my dental visits. Summer Enlow's office is expanding and accepting new patients. I hear that they are good working with children and I do see children in the waiting room.

OMG, not only is Dr. Dinh in-network, but his office is the dentist practice you would envision as the perfect dentist practice if you could make one up. Esmerelda did my full mouth x-rays with aplomb--friendly, efficient and fast. And Natalie was like the quintessential assistant, coordinating the entire visit. No sooner did I check in than she escorted me to my treatment room. Dr. Dinh was the "hail fellow well met," hearty, friendly, genial and informal enough that you could understand your diagnosis and treatment plan. I chose this office because of their advertising and message that they help patients "love your…read moresmile." Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. I was seeking a simple two-tooth flipper. Instead, I experienced months of frustration, poor communication, and an unsatisfactory result. This was not my first removable appliance. I had successfully worn a flipper for many years, so I knew a natural-looking and functional result was achievable. When the first flipper was delivered, I was unhappy with its appearance. I communicated my concerns directly to Dr. Denson and Christie, provided photographs, written notes, and specific requested changes, and gave the office every opportunity to address the issues. At my second appointment, after waiting approximately 46 minutes to be seen, I received a revised appliance that still failed to address the concerns I had clearly identified. The appliance continued to have significant aesthetic issues involving tooth shape, gum contours, proportions, opacity, and overall harmony with the surrounding teeth. These concerns were known before the original appliance was even made and remained after the revision. To be clear, my issue was not that the appliance differed from my previous flipper or Essix. I understood an exact replica was not possible. My concern was that the appliance was aesthetically poor in its own right. When I explained to Leah that the revised appliance still had the same issues and, in my opinion, looked worse than the first version, the interaction became uncomfortable. My spouse, who attended the appointment with me, shared my concerns. Rather than feeling heard, I felt my concerns were dismissed. I ultimately removed my own bib, left the appliance at the office, requested a refund, and was then asked to wait even longer to speak with Dr. Denson despite already being late for another appointment after the lengthy wait. This was not the first time I experienced excessive wait times. I left feeling that my dissatisfaction was being treated as a problem rather than a legitimate concern. After persistently following up myself due to poor communication, I eventually received an offer of only a partial refund along with a letter terminating the doctor-patient relationship. While I understand a dentist has the right to discontinue a patient relationship, it was disappointing to be dismissed as a patient rather than have my concerns meaningfully addressed and resolved. I also requested that the refund process be handled remotely through written communication, electronic signatures, and either a mailed check or refund to the original payment method. Despite this, I was instructed to return to the office in person, creating additional inconvenience and stress. What makes this experience particularly disappointing is that I did everything reasonably possible to help achieve a successful outcome. I provided photographs, written instructions, specific feedback, and allowed the office to revise the appliance. Despite those efforts, the final work remained subpar and my concerns were never adequately addressed. I also felt significant pressure toward extensive restorative treatment throughout my time at the practice. In hindsight, I am grateful this experience occurred before proceeding with larger and more expensive dental work. If Dr. Denson could not provide a satisfactory result with a relatively straightforward removable appliance, I was no longer comfortable trusting him with more complex restorative treatment. To add insult to injury, after years of routine six-month cleanings at this office, and even bringing to their attention that I think I have a cavity each time with no resolve, my new dentist has informed me that I have multiple cavities. I fully expect a generic response from them on here rather than accountability. Between Dr. Denson's attitude, the lack of professionalism shown by staff, the poor communication, and the disappointing quality of work, I cannot recommend this practice to anyone seeking highly aesthetic dental treatment.

We had just moved to Rockwall and were looking for a new dentist for the family. After doing some…read moreresearch on Yelp, I decided to give Courtin a try. The office is conveniently located on the I-30 frontage road with access from Ralph Hall so getting there was very easy. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful and my wait was less than a minute for my 9:00 am appointment. Since I was a new patient, they did a full mouth X-ray and periodontal exam. After that was complete, Mary (Courtin) introduced herself and discussed what they had discovered and a plan to keep me healthy. Together we looked at my X-rays (both new and previous X-rays obtained from my prior dentist), and discussed treatment options for areas of concern. Mary is very easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable right away. You can tell that she has a passion for her job which is something that I feel is very important. Before doing any work, Mary's receptionist brought me a breakdown of the work that needed to be done with prices and expected insurance coverage. I've never had any medical professional do this before and was grateful to know what I could expect to be paying upfront before any work was completed. I could do everything right then, or pick the things that fit into my time constraints and budget. I had a full deep cleaning, as well as repair on a old filling, and in spite of being upside down in the chair for a bit, had no discomfort what-so-ever. Now (24 hours later) my mouth feels just fine and I'm relieved that I've found a dentist who is friendly, thorough, and professional. I can recommend Coutin without reservation to anyone looking for a good dentist in the Rockwall area, and am looking forward to a long relationship with Mary and her staff.

Steer clear of this place…read more Billing practices are questionable. Management was insanely rude. My husband and I both had awful experiences here and immediately found an alternate team. My husband had botched implant prep here with his dentist being hired and fired within the same month. When he went back for follow-up and placement with a new dentist they paired him with a provider that's out of network with our insurance (we had no idea that their team all take different insurances and they don't disclose that to you). We've called 3 times to have our claim submitted to insurance and it still hasn't been done. For myself, the cleaning tech was wonderful but then I met the dentist and he started making wild claims and recommendations about the condition of my teeth post-pregnancy. As a nurse practitioner I felt very uncomfortable by his bedside manner and sales behavior. I asked for a copy of my x-rays and the recommendations for a second opinion 4 times between phone and email and never received them. This office doesn't care about your budget, respecting your insurance policy, or adhering to a less is more/conservative approach. If you do decide to be treated here keep a close eye on your paperwork and research everything. In the mean time, I'm still working hard to get my booking deposit back (yes they make you pay $75 just to book a cleaning).

I can only comment on denture service, not dental. I am now more happy with my care by Dr…read more Checketts. My dentures finally got re-done and fit well. I am happy with the results. I can recommend his practice, they're nice people and seem to care, but you should realize it may take some time to get it right. I don't know what new dentures should cost on average, but, as for cost, it seems high to me ($6-1/2k so far, if he keeps his word and bills me no more). I can't help but to feel underwhelmed by the whole experience, even though it turned out o.k. in the end.
