Dr. Collins is hands down one of the most thorough, professional, efficient and wonderful dentists…read moreI have ever met. She is very detailed skilled and is a great communicator. We (a teen and her mother) had to spend quite a few hours here these last few months. Both of us enjoyed our visits and even looked forward to them (and who looks forward to a dentist visit??!!!) :) If you are looking for the dentist to care for your child's teeth, or are looking for someone to protect your own, Dr. Collins is the one to do it. You only get one set of adult teeth. Trust them to her!!!! (plus, she is friendly and fun!)

I can attest that the quality of care in this office is excellent. Dr Woods, my dentist, is kind, understanding and takes his time to explain the treatment plan and any questions you may have. His work is the best I have seen during my career. He enjoys his profession and it shows with the patience he has with his patients. The office staff is well trained and create a welcoming environment. The office is compliant with the latest CDC guidelines. The latest diagnostic technology is used to diagnose any dental issues. Dr. Woods purchased the practice from Dr Dennis Close a few years ago. Therefore Dr Close is not affiliated with this office. Dr Dalton and Dr Couch are also partners in the practice. There are two offices available for appointments. You will not be disappointed with this practice.

Terrible terrible experience. I have heard other dental staff who worked with him (Dr. Sebastian…read morePorras) leave b/c he "doesn't know what he is doing." It is also hard to get an appointment and my usual wait time was around twenty minutes. I will never go back to that practice. The staff was very rude. I am on blood thinners so should not be taking ibuprofen. He tried to refill my migraine medication even though I told him the pharmacy wouldn't fill it yet b/c it hadn't been thirty days so he prescribed Tramadol even though it interfered with almost all of my other medications. The pharmacy team warned me about taking it and even when I told him this, he insisted that was all he could prescribe-this was for three teeth extractions at the same time, along with a bone graft. I was in severe pain for ten days and was not able to go back on my blood thinners b/c I had to resort to ibuprofen. HIs staff treated me like a junkie even after explaining my unique experience with my blood thinners. Dr. Sebastian does not like to use nitrous oxide (even though there's a big poster on the exam room wall stating that they aim to make the patient as comfortable as possible including the use of nitrous oxide-I had to talk him into it. He has a terrible bedside manner, does not explain what he's doing, and did not read the pain management treatment plan I tried to give him. I immediately found a new dental practice which is SO much better. I also think that they were supposed to refund some insurance payments which they did not do. Before moving to the new practice, I asked them to send the x-rays over and they did not. I finally had to call and ask them to send them to me so I could get them to my new dental practice. I do NOT recommend him at all.

However there is one lady that would not give her name - I called about a bill. She claims ins did not pay when I had paperwork showing they did indeed. Another claim was denied due to missing info. She was rude and said they did not have a billing dept. Told me I called the front desk, that's weird cause I pressed 3 for billing and insurance. She said they do t have a billing dept or prompts. Huh? Ok. This is enough to find another dentist.

She is competent, skilled and makes me feel at ease. She remembers me and my "mouth". Dr. Bailey is a gem as well. She addresses all issues and concerns and responds with appropriate treatment plans. I must give a shoutout to Britney, the hygienist scheduler. She looked for availability to "fit" me in. And when nothing was available she said, I'll keep my eye on it and if something opens up I'll call you. She was true to her word. Britney called me the next day and offered me an appointment that same week. I was thrilled. I highly recommend this dental practice!

A patient of nearly a decade, I just tried to book a routine cleaning and said that I didn't need…read morean exam or x-ray. The former was not needed because I wanted an appointment as soon as possible and presumably not seeing a dentist could expedite scheduling; the latter was not needed because I am actively trying to become pregnant. The office told me that I would not be able to have a cleaning without an x-ray because "the law" requires that dental patients get x-rays at mandated intervals. I have researched all Florida statutes and regulations concerning dentistry: There is no such law. Apart from this lie, the office also informed me that pregnant women were fine to get x-rays which cause less radiation than "going outside." While I don't have data on that point, surely that cannot be the case. Moreover, it's worth mentioning that the one time I did have an issue, it could have been diagnosed with the x-ray Dr. Bailey performed. She, however, apparently didn't review the x-ray.
