Christine and Susan were such a dynamic duo!…read more In spite of the timing of the listing of our home, we were able to sell in under a month, after going with the best of three bona fide offers, at 95% of our asking price. We loved their metrics and research of comps and knowledge of our market. They adapted immediately with all of the extra rules and precautions that came alone with Covid-19 issues (limited number of people in our home at one time, signed attestations of health and well being before being "qualified" for a showing, etc.). The use of Facebook to record our open house was excellent in any situation, but especially with a public health emergency) as it could be seen my anyone, any time, as many times as desired. Also, the 3-D tour was just as cool as it was helpful for interested buyers to see the entire property, 24/7, and even do measurements! Susan was superb in dealing with the appraiser. They both offered very helpful advice about managing the multiple offers and in negotiations. We were kept in touch with in real-time and the app the used was very helpful as well. They are both are very trustworthy, communicated clearly, responded immediately to all calls or texts and really held our hands when we needed support! Ethical, professional, highly recommended. Real estate rock-stars. Cheers, and thanks! Chris

Christine Thompson is a true professional. She surpassed our expectations and we could not…read morerecommend her more! She takes great pride in her work which results in a personable, trust-worthy, dedicated and hardworking realtor working on your side to find you your dream home. We saw homes in a wide price range and she was very helpful in pointing out pros and cons of each home. After we made an offer, she continued to help us with referrals for home renovation who have also been great to work with and reliable. She is a great communicator and easy to get in touch with day or night! We have worked with a couple realtors before Christine and can really say that she is the cream of the crop. Couldn't recommend her more!

I don't recommend Patrick Commercial if you're a new small business. We recently saw 2 retail…read morespaces by the agent John Groll. He showed us one space which was a sublease. Because he personally knew the tenant, he suggested we negotiate terms directly with them. Unfortunately, we made too low of an offer. John's approach to us was very offensive. He told us that if this was our price range, he couldn't help us and that the tenant also denied our offer because he was weary if our "venture would be successful". Well, this is why realtors exist: how would we know how to propose terms and negotiate this solo? He should have directly handled our offer and guided us (as a normal agent would have done). I understand we offended John's personal friend with a low offer (made in the spirit of negotiating) however how John responded was distasteful as we are prospective clients too. NO business in America would even exist had they never started as a new venture. Further, our price range is $17 psf and John stated that he couldn't help us due to a low price range and "good luck". I've lived in Naperville for over 30 years and it's uppity demeanors such as this that gives Naperville the negative stigma it has today.

They apparently send $1,500 checks via USPS with no tracking information. Went so far as to let us know they are not responsible for lost mail and if I don't receive my funds they will charge me a $20 fee to resend it. To get my money back. They tried to find every reason to not return my check. Every day I was told check again later. This isn't the first time. After reading the google reviews I see it's a history here of not returning earnest money. Make sure you do a full review on this agency.
