Wether it's your LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter or company profile picture it represents your personal brand and most often your first impression to others. Do not waste your money buying a livingsocial/groupon/wagjag. Bad quality. Bought ($30 something…read moredollars) a living social coupon for a 1 hour photo session. Well it was more like 15 minutes (rushed 15 minutes). The consultation which was also supposed to be an hour was about 10 minutes. You get one image and any extra ones are $40.00 each, unless you buy a few then you get some discount. The photo we liked was not even centered and after asking blemish erasing for one of us, we all ended up looking like porcelain dolls. And now for "la pièce de résistance" (which is not what this review is based on), the service was beyond crappy. The staff was uninterested. Maybe they treat their "non-coupon" customers better, but we were treated like a nuisance. Hope this helps others.

We were very please when my husband & I met Dale to get some ideas wo have a family portrait done,…read morehad some unique & out of this world ideas. After ordering our portraits we decided to ask Dale to do our daughter's Sweet 16 Party, was a last minute decision, he made it such a magical night for our daughter & everyone there, had set-up a photo booth as a surprise to all of us and everyone was up in line to take pictures, even my younger daughter that does not like to take picture he some how got her up there and that was very overwhelming for me. We ended up taking some other shots of my daughter before her party and he made a beautiful photo album that turned out to be a book that everyone signed in wishing her best wishes for her birthday, yet another pleasent & unexpected surprise. Just recently we took some pictures of our daughter for Easter, what a joy that was, he had bunnies there and had an extra touch of a new puppy, always comes up with new ideas. We have recommended Dale & his team to many of our friends & family and have not heard anything but raving comments about Dale & Benvenuto Studios. Dale, we wish you only success in your company and it was a pleasure dealing with you, look forward to having more pictures in the future. Keep us posted with all your up coming events. Amy & Family

The photos+videos on their website indicated quality and a professional experience, and the price for the corporate headshot package (3 outfits, 3 touched up photos) was competitive so I decided to give it a try -- LOVED the experience overall and totally worth it! I work in technology and I wanted new profile pictures for LinkedIn and my personal website that didn't feel too corporate and conveyed my personality/style. My photographer Katherine completely understood and worked with me to find my best angles, my natural smile, and the best background for each outfit. Once I was photo-ready, she suggested that we head outside into the beautiful Parkdale/Queen West neighborhood where we shot against moss, brick, on stoops -- really cool and interesting backdrops! She took a TON of photos and let me check them on her camera so I could adjust. We headed back to the studio and took indoor shots as well, and she was so incredibly nice and patient in between my outfit changes. Katherine was amazing to work with, and I'm thrilled with how the photos came out! Seriously, Katherine is amazing. I also opted in for full professional hair + makeup by Vanessa. She was incredibly engaging and had a wealth of experience working on film sets, weddings, etc. She got my hair exactly how I wanted and gave me periodic touchups in between. Finally, Dan was great at responding quickly and touching up the proofs I wanted. I had them back within a week!
