We are in Rømø every year several times and we have always come here for our groceries. However just yesterday we were there and forgot a package of water at the front where we paid. We called once we got home and noticed and someone told us it's still there and we can pick it up. We went back and they played stupid and said we didn't leave anything behind. Even after speaking to the manager who was rude and not friendly she said she won't do anything. We will never shop here again and instead go to Coop where the prices are better and so is the selection and customer service. read more
