As per most hairdressers nowadays they offer you a cup of tea or coffee upon your entrance, and also have a great selection of magazines for your interests. I know they have a quite a wide range of services but I can only attest to the hair ones (cuts and colours) and they have always been great, and since their staff is loyal and sticks around I expect nothing less each visit. Also my mother gets her eyelashes tinted and eyebrows threaded here and she said both experiences are painless and quick procedures, with great results.

The very friendly Trish, who had a really cute haircut, took care of my purchase. Actually I was so impressed with this very hip salon and particularly the cool stylists, Trish with her neat haircut and the other one with the brilliant pink hair do, that I am seriously considering booking my next haircut here. I would say they could put me right with a fresh new look that would have the heads turning. Come here to get a colour, tint, cut, style or jut a blow dry. The staff are a very accommodating bunch, friendly and curious to your hair style desires. I have only had a cut here and not a colour or anything, but I have always left pleased and wanting to go back for the next cut. The price is a little on the higher side, but honestly you are paying for the service, professionalism, and the talent. The staff here really know what they are doing, so I consider the experience worth the money.

The other day when i went in person to make an appointment, i specifically asked for Tau to do my hair. Yesterday during my appointment i was very disappointed. The person who i asked for to do my hair wasn't even around me, someone else started doing my hair, not to say that they didn't do what i asked for, didn't asked me for what shade of blonde I'm going for, they did it so fast, didn't even do it properly, i have a line on my hair where you can clearly see two different hair colours, my previous hair colour and the new colour they did, again not what i asked for. they didn't even wash out my hair good nor dry it properly, nor brushed it, they told me if i want my hair fully dried off i would need to pay $70 extra!!!! They dismissed me with wet and sticky hair (from the shampoo they didn't wash out). I paid $350 to come home to do their job myself. Then at the end when I said I'm not happy they said "Well this is what you paid for" As a uni student i don't really have much money to spend on myself, but i wanted to treat my self this time, obviously didn't go well.
