It's your classic 'emergency purchase' location, but the range of cards isn't half bad, actually, and prices seem average for the area - about £2 for a nice birthday card. As you'd expect for somewhere with passing 'tube' trade, service is super quick and efficient (three of us were served in about 8 seconds flat). If you are looking for food and you've a little more time, there are several excellent sandwich shops in the same complex.

This store is the best in London. Its even better than my…read morelocal library. Any book that you need, you'l find here. The staff are quite friendly and helpfull.There is also a coffee/jazz bar in the store just to sit back and relax with a good company.

And I am a serious reader of GQ and Vanity Fair, and sometimes the odd French Vogue. Here is the beautiful magazine shop they have all the European languages under the sun. Visiting this shop is really worth your time. In fact you even just have a heavy browse like going in to Camden libraries.
