We originally had two nights booked through Hotels.com but we ended up needing only one night. We contacted hotels, who contacted this place, and they were more than happy to change our reservation without charging us any cancellation fee. This is a nice, simple, roadside motel. No frills. The rooms were older, but very comfortable,, and everything was clean. The bathroom was a bit small, but it was also very clean. The TV got a good number of channels. There was both a fridge and a microwave. The price was very reasonable. It's in a great location, right next-door, to Angel's barbershop, and just a few steps beyond that the Sno-Cap drive-in, both of which are going strong. Thank you for a good night. read more

My wife and her family were traveling to Dallas and could not find a room in Kingman AZ. After traveling another 45 minutes to Seligman, Arizona, I found this place for them to stay the night. It was 11:15 PM by the time they finally pulled in, but the room was all set up, door unlocked, key inside the room! Three large queen, size bed beds, all ready to be filled! The first words out of my wife's mouth was "the room is very clean"! The young woman on the phone helping me reserve the room for them was extremely helpful! I did not get her name, but she was amazing, walked me right through everything! Just like the small town, my wife and I live in, this little town called Seligman, AZ made them feel safe and at home! Highly recommended! read more

A night's stay here will have you counting trains, not sheep, as you try to get some sleep. Granted, that would prove true with a stay almost anywhere along the main strip in Seligman, but I have never stayed in a location where the trains pass with such frequency (often several within fifteen minutes -- some of which lay on the horn as they cross). Our room was renovated but a little tired (sort of a "no-reno reno," where things had been patched and laid atop old). Not a bad stay for a quick, basic stopover. read more

Solid motel. Clean, comfortable, and managed by nice folks. CHECK-IN: Their check-in generally begins at 3PM but I arrived really early, at 1130AM or so. I drove in from California and was really looking forward to getting settled. The office was still closed (they open at 2pm) but I saw an employee working in one of the rooms. She turned out to be a manager and I asked her about checking in. Luckily, my room (king bed) had already been cleaned and she let me check in very early. I really appreciated that! She was super nice and accommodating and the whole process was very smooth. ROOM: Large room. Clean. Comfortable bed with really cute Route 66 bed cover. There was some Route 66 art on the walls too. Shower was fine. Heat worked reasonably well (it did blow cold air intermittently but always went back to hot air so it never cooled down much). WiFi worked well. LOCATION: Perfect location. Seligman is tiny but you're just steps away from all the gift shops and restaurants. PARKING: Parking lot with ample spaces. I highly recommend the Deluxe Inn for your Seligman stay. read more

Great room. Heater works well. Shower head was like 7 feet high but overall clean bathroom and room. Bed was comfortable. Great service from staff. Very attentive and friendly. I would recommend this place for a night's rest if you don't have to wake up early or have to do anything the next day. *Fair warning: Next to a running train track* read more

We had a delightful stay at the Deluxe Inn. Interacting with Kim is like visiting with an old friend. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the trains didn't bother us at all. Not sure why others complained. Loved the location. We will definitely stay again. read more

Shows as open 24/7. Made a reservation at 2am when caught in a snow storm. Got to the hotel, office sign said open, no one answered except the dog barking. Called all numbers, no answer. Found a great hotel that checked us in early. Got a call at 10:30pm about our reservation. No apologies, wanted to know where we got a room. Ravi said he would ask Manger about refund but other posts say he is the manager. Havent heard from him read more

For a small town and a motel, this place was actually very cute and clean. The inside is remodeled and has wood flooring. Don't underestimate it at all. It is a motel so don't expect it to be like the over the top. Tons of parking and the lady is sweet and nice. We got the three bed room and it's pretty spacious. It comes with two queens and one twin with a table, huge walk in closet, flat screen, fridge and microwave. It has cute and basic decor and cable! read more

Driving thru and just couldn't drive any longer. It was 2am when we stopped to see if we could get a room yet. We woke up the staff (they normally close the office around 10) and she was friendly and got us into a room quickly. I was pleasantly surprised by our room. I was expecting outdated- middle if nowhere-country kinds of room but it was super clean and Route 66 themed. HUGE spacious room, flat screen tv (not that we had time to watch it- just needed sleep). The bathroom was a bit outdated but clean. Had a mini fridge and coffee pot. I would totally stay here again when passing thru. Friendly people, good price ($72 on a Thursday- July 4th), cozy homey feeling. The Road kill Cafe is right next door- show them your room key and get a discount on breakfast. Fun restaurant! read more

Cool and fun motel located on historic Route 66. Nothing fancy to the rooms but that's part of their character. Can only imagine what these old walls have seen ;-) Room had a very 1950s feel but with relatively updated facilities and a comfy bed. I can't argue, especially at the price. Marilyn Monroe themed suite was fun (pic of Marilyn hanging everywhere). Occasional noise from the passing trains could bother some but the old thick walls block most of the noise. Wifi was strong and free. Located near plenty of cool/historic shopping locations, as well. Calling ahead and asking staff for a AAA membership gets you a good discount off your room (a better rate than even online Travelocity, booking, etc). And, staff was the nicest lady in the world. Minus one star because the shower head, although it worked ok, was knarly and looked liked it had been installed by your drunk uncle. Shower head stuck out the wall at around 5 feet high and was dollar store quality. I had to hunch over the whole time I showered. But, hey it was warm water right? ;-) All around good experienced (minus the shower) Would stay at again and certainly beats the huge chain hotels with no character. read more

This place is so cute with all the personality of Arizona. It's very clean and you can tell the owner takes pride in his business. It's definitely worth a visit. read more

At first I really was impressed by Ravi's welcoming personality while I was checking in. At times, more often than not, they are very hard to contact and for a customer's standpoint it causes extraordinary frustration. Yesterday morning I voice my option that my bed was very uncomfortable and Kim, his wife, told me that nobody has ever complained. Saw Ravi later in day and was told the same. When checking in I asked if he had raised toilets in any rooms and was told they just got changed to higher volume tanks whatever that's supposed to mean. I'm ready to get outta here very soon; 4:00 am and my back and hips are hurting and I cannot sleep. BTW, forgot to mention what a pain it was to get onto toilet. Had to put one hand on tank lid and other than on countertop to lower (& twist ) to sit down. Guess what-----ain't it a shame that I just felt a bed spring collapse. Last but certainly not least; I came back to room which was never touched. Could have at least changed towels. Ravi told me it was because of Covid and am wondering if other motels are doing same. Please do some checking before booking at any motel in Seligman. Have a wonderful day! Parking lot is huge and you can park right in front of room. read more

Definitely not the Plaza Hotel, but a solid four stars for what it is. It's old, but that's part of the charm. The entire town is a piece of history and you feel like you're staying in that history. If you didn't have any electronics, you might as well be in 1950. The important thing is that the room is clean, the bed is comfortable and the staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Decent options for the breakfast, too. If I'm ever passing through Seligman again, I'll stay here again. read more

What a great little place, it was so clean and smelled great! I could not find anything to complain about if I tried! So friendly, comfy, clean and quiet. If you are looking for a nice overnight stay this should be your first choice! read more

This was a quaint motel. The room had three full or queen beds which was nice for a family of 5. I wish the complimentary breakfast had some hot food such as waffles and some yogurt. The owners were very kind. read more

I've stayed here a couple of times now. The staff is friendly. The rooms are nice, but the locks on the doors are below par. Since Seligman is a quiet little town there isn't too much to fear though. If you are bothered by train noise, bring earplugs as the tracks are nearby and well used. Breakfast choices are toast, muffins, cereal or oatmeal. read more

I stayed here one night and was pleasantly surprised. Although the exterior of the motel doesn't look like much, my room (#11) was actually very nice. It was very clean with a vintage yet modern feel to it. The room was spacious and included a flat screen TV with DirectTV, a refrigerator, and wi-fi. Keeping in line with the whole Route 66 thing, the walls were adorned with motorcycle memorabilia. The only thing keeping me from giving this place five stars is the somewhat uninviting exterior. Despite this however, I'd gladly stay here again on my next trip through Seligman. read more

What a awesome find . Call and book the room directly you will get a better deal. Doesn't look like much from the outside. The owner is very accommadating and keeps a very clean hotel . I would diffinetly stay here again. Our room is like a mini suite and sure beats the prices of the hotels in flagstaff. Worth the extra 60 miles of drive from flagstaff. Try litos cafe the food is awesome. read more

Okay... Is this a fancy 5 star hotel... NO! but what it is, is a quaint slice of history! We are a family of 4 and the room was an adequate size for us, with three double beds... The entire town of Seligman is a step back in time to showcase a wonderful small piece of the past. Throughout the day we saw dozens of car enthusiasts, just call into town because of it's Route 66 heritage. Anyway.... Back to the hotel, the staff are lovely and keen to assist. There is ample parking, microwave, fridge, TV etc. So my suggestion is to get off the motorway, drive through town... Visit the stores, stay the night in this little slice of the past and enjoy yourself. read more

We stayed here the night before a river rafting trip out of Peach Springs, AZ-about 35 minutes away. The room was large enough for my family of 5, with 3 double beds. The room was clean, shower had good water pressure, and there is a mini fridge. Our request for extra towels was prompt. Good place to stay for the night. read more

I've stayed here dozens of times on company business. The owners are just a delight, amazing customer service. Once, when all the rooms in town were taken, he called around town and got a room for me and even billed it through his own motel so I didn't have to pay cash and get a reimbursement later from the company. You just can't get better service! Across the street is Roadrunner, a great little curio shop with a superb cafe inside. Fresh baked goods, great lunches! The motel is historic, so expect a renovated motel from the 50's or so. Nice room, pleasantly lit, microwave, fridge, and nice big screen TV. It's always a pleasure staying here. The owners REALLY know how to run a motel! read more

This was a great stay on our Route 66 trip. It's in the town we're the Cars movie was inspired by! Very cute lil old town! Our room was big for 5 people! A little extra kitchenette room and 2 full beds. They are fig friendly which made our stay easier ($15 extra- don't hide your dog people, not cool). The manager and owner and housekeeper were great! The housekeeper even offered to bring me a specialty dish we talked about! The owner had a silly run in with our son and instead of getting mad- laughed about it and we will never forget his hospitality and humor! A free breakfast is provided and there are great cafes walking distance and across the street! The property is old cottage style with character. The parking lot was just paved when we got there So no more dusty lot. If you are traveling through Seligman- stay here! We'll be back!! read more

Pleasantly surprised by this vintage roadside attraction. Owner was friendly and super helpful. Rooms are spacious ,clean and comfortable. Treat yourself and escape corporate life. Do stay here! A real Route 66 experience. The manager is great! We needed directions on where to get milk in the AM and he just brought us a container! This is a great old-style motel court. The rooms are fully remodeled with good heat and air conditioning. Our room had a cowboy / John Wayne theme - lots of fun. Good, strong wifi! The town is off Hwy 40 a bit, and worth the detour. The tourist busses know this place, and rightfully so. Give it a try. read more

Clean rooms and the owner is a very nice guy! There are not many places to stay in Seligman, AZ but if you need a place to stay, this it it.

If your looking for a clean reasonably priced motel while on route 66 this is the place. Built in 1932 when traveling across the country was a real adventure this will take you back to a simpler time but the Deluxe has been up graded with flat screen TV's and they also offer free Wi-Fi. The owners also own the Supai across the street and whether you stay at the Deluxe or the Supai you are made to feel as welcome as close family. read more

First of all, the owners here (an Indian couple) are SUPER nice. As soon as we pulled up, the man came outside and greeted us at our car. Looks can be deceiving. The outside of this place looks shady, but inside it is clean and tidy. They also have a flat screen, cable, and free wifi. We got a king bed and a nice size room for $56. Not too bad. I would definitely stay here again. read more

Very good place to rest your tired head! We were road tripping and ready to call it a night. Found this place thru yelp. Read reviews and opted to stay here. It held up to its positive comments. Customer service was pushy right off the bat, we had a small dog with us, and before we could even say hello he starts telling us we need to take our dog outside and that he can't have our dog pooping all over the place - uh, duh! Just because we are dog owners doesn't mean we aren't civilized! What a rude way to welcome a guest. The room didn't have any extra blankets, but free wifi and a fridge and microwave all for about $65 for two beds, guess it's still better than a Motel 6, right? Oh and our room had no extra outlets and the outlets for the fridge and microwave were blocked so I couldn't unplug them, don't plan on recharging anything! read more

Nice little motel (not hotel) for a quaint little town. Served the purpose. Owners were nice. Nothing fancy. Only 1 socket worked in my room and it was hit or miss, if that 1 worked. The rest of my party stayed in another room. They flushed toilet and it was flowed and stool came up from pipes out of the toilet rim. There are signs posted that pipes are older than guests. It's probably true but seems to be a health hazard when old bowel movements that are not yours show up. I cringed and prayed every time I flushed my toilet in my room. Hotel is dog friendly. There are grass hoppers every where but maid said they won't spray chemicals to kill grasshoppers due to feral cat colony on the grounds. read more

If you're in Seligman, Arizona AVOID this place at all costs. My family was driving through on their way home when car trouble stranded them between Ash Fork and Seligman. After waiting hours in the 30 degree cold for the tow truck (with a 3 year old in tow), I arranged the Deluxe Inn via Hotels.com for them as I live a couple states away. The Yelp, Trip Advisor, and Hotels.com reviews seemed okay, and the selection in Seligman is limited, but all of these comments are deceiving because this place was HORRIBLE!!! First, they arrived and the front desk clerk had an accent that made communication nearly impossible, checked them into a room that was already occupied by someone who was already sleeping in the room. They had to go back and try and explain this to the front desk clerk who didn't quite understand. It took them over an hour to finally get into the room where all they wanted to do was get some rest. Two hours into the night the heat died (January, so it's cold outside), and there is no clerk after hours so they had to call the 'Emergency" after hours line. The man who showed up to fix the heat was very unprofessional, and seemed bothered that he had to get out of bed to come help a customer. He was angry, condescending, and all in all just an outright jerk to them. Lastly, they walked to the corner store early this morning to get apple juice and some breakfast for the toddler. When they attempted to put the juice in the fridge there was moldy pizza and a half drank container of expired chocolate milk. This place is horrible.......STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.....ANYWHERE IS BETTER THAN THE DELUXE INN!!!! read more
