Made it safley to the right side of I 20 E. With emergency flashers on. Found the insurance roadside assistance. They verified location and told us the closest place was Bear towing and recovery. Called them gave them our info, and was told the drive James would call back. He did in less than 5 minutes and got our location and with no spare, (Volvo C70). He said he was in Delhi, LA and would come get us and take us abywhere in Vicksburg, Brandon was out of his district. That was about 8:45 PM. At 9:20 PM he was pulling up behind us to evaluate situation. James was the tow truck driver, very courtious, and professional. He took us and the car to our hotel, and would not leave until he was sure our reservation was good. James is a real asset to Bear Towing. YES I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ANYTIME. 100% in my book!

She made things difficult for me when I said I would use TA points to buy a transformer. At first, I was asked to show my driver's license. After checking the driver's license, provided all of my certificates and she said that points cannot be redeemed with no reason. She has very bad attitude and ignore me. This is the first time I encountered this kind of garbage. It is a serious racial discrimination!!!!!!!! Her manager and TA management department should investigate and deal with employees like her who have a bad attitude and disrespect for consumers. She should be fired for sure! ! !!!!!!!!!!
