The technician arrived I informed him that it was leaking. also explained that i had a code i30 months ago but i cleared. Very clearly stated the code is not the issue. He pulled it apart and couldn't find a leak. he had disconnected things. He said it was the pump over $500.00 to replace. I said okay. Instructed technician to put it back together and i will have it replaced at my discretion. He did or i thought he did. It was still pulled out. I told him to leave it so i could still use it, until we could have it replaced. He charged me $120 for the service call. When i went to use the dishwasher it coded i50 and the red light came on the bottom of the dishwasher. Dead on arrival. Never worked again. I call the number and explained his technician did not know what he was doing, he mad my situation untenable. I explained this was not okay, and i requested a refund on my service call. I wasn't mad or yelling and told him to do the right thing. My check was cashed and i never heard back. I do not recommend Mr. Appliance.
