The person I dealt with on the phone answered on my first try, was very professional, the procedure (emailed confirmations and 15 minute early arrival at my house and a text when they arrive) was also very professional, and they remembered on both legs of the trip to use a large SUV that accommodated our snowboard bag + 3 suitcases. (We've had other services show up with the wrong car - when we had specified about needing a big car for the snowboard bag - and we have to make a flight!) Our return flight was re-directed to EWR from LGA and the time was changed. No small thing, but the driver was there at EWR when we arrived and he was wearing a suit!
