Really wish we checked these yelp reviews prior to the visit. Although greeted warmly by Irma,…read moreunfortunately the rest of the time here was an absolute nightmare. We received some of the worst patient treatment and experience we've ever encountered. Specifically, Pam the assistant, was completely rude, careless and insensitive with every word and statement out of her mouth while processing my family member. Absolutely inappropriate comments and discriminatory stereotypes were made about her disability throughout the appointment. After multiple failed attempts asking her to stop with the comments and to focus on the appointment, she continued to offend and make the entire experience traumatic for us. Times may be tough but as a professional medical setting please DO NOT lower your hiring standards and employ cheap unqualified medical assistants that will continue to drive future potential patients away from your practice. My concern is management and leadership excuse and tolerate this type of behavior in the work place and no action will be taken. As a fellow medical professional, please revisit and adhere to your ethical promises and oath to your patients regarding treating all with the respect and dignity they deserve.

Then when the dentist came in he was even more rude then her he totally disregarded anything me or my mother had to say about my wisdom teeth, the first thing he asked us was where was the pain and when i proceeded to tell him he told me that it wasn't my wisdom teeth causing my pain he said that I was lying about my pain my mother then asked him to explain and he got very rude and said that if my mother didn't stop asking questions he would kick us out the office and tell the insurance that I don't need my wisdom teeth pulled, my mother then proceeded to be very kind and respectful. He was also coughing all over the place with no mask on, he coughed in his hands multiple times and had no mad on. Over all I think they all need to be sat down from working awhile because they are both very very veryyy rude and disrespectful and impatient.

The dentist I saw was great too. The quality of care was excellent - they thoroughly explained what treatment I needed and showed me a treatment plan so I could see and choose what to do next. I definitely will be back soon, Thank you all! Joshua

I had a really uncomfortable and frustrating experience at this dental office and won't be…read morereturning. Three months ago, I brought my 6-year-old daughter in for a check-up. They took X-rays and told me she had two cavities and needed to be referred out for treatment. We scheduled a follow-up appointment, which was today. When we arrived, we were taken back, but then left waiting in the chair for about 30 minutes with no X-rays, no cleaning, nothing. Eventually, the dentist came in (before any hygienist had seen us, which already felt unusual), pulled up the X-rays from three months ago, and immediately began scolding my daughter about her brushing habits. She briefly looked at her teeth, spent maybe 2-3 minutes total, and then said she had no cavities and walked out. Naturally, I was confused since we were originally told she did have cavities. When I asked about it, the hygienist came in and reviewed the same old X-rays, seemingly thinking they were from today. I had to point out that no new images had even been taken. At that point, they started asking me basic intake questions (like who brought us back (male or female) and whether my daughter had sealants before) that should have already been in her chart. which they were after i literally said... i don't know what sealants are can you look on her chart. which they did and they gave her two last check up. What really didn't sit right with me was that even after saying she had no cavities, they still wanted to refer her out to get cavities filled, like to double check the dentists work or confirm? i felt like i was in the twilight zone, and it just screamed "money grab" . The whole situation felt disorganized, careless, and honestly unprofessional. There was no acknowledgment of the confusion or any attempt to clarify what had gone wrong. I don't blame the hygienist, she was nice, and the front desk has always been wonderful, but to watch the dentist look at 3 month old x rays thinking they were from today, and no one knew except me, and no one even knew what worker set us in the chair and left, i knew i was never going to bring my kids back and i'll be returning to my family dentist, even if it means ill be paying out of pocket. I ended up just getting up and walking out.

I experience moderate discomfort during routine dental visits, and his team always goes above and beyond to ensure that I'm comfortable throughout my visit. My former dentist would fault me for this: "you dont floss enough or brush thoroughly..etc" was their reason for my consistent discomfort. At this clinic, I experience none of that. You're uncomfortable? Okay we'll numb you- no more pain and leaving in a bad mood after treatment. I am always greeted very kindly by the girls up front and my hygienist. Hearing everyone talk and laugh frequently with Dr. Mercado goes to show that it's a healthy work environment and enjoyable place to work. I really value that component and it positively impacts the energy of the clinic. Thank you all for always taking such good care of me even though I'm high maintenance and extra sensitive

Not only has he completed fillings for me, but I have even gone through him for Invisalign and was finally able to correct my destructive bite. The new office is in a great location and doesn't even feel like a dentists office. The hygienists are amazing and I hope everyone is appreciative of how much care they put into making patients appointments as stress free as possible. I highly recommend this dental office if you're looking for a new provider!

This office was a complete waste of my time. I went to this dental office for a consultation for…read morewisdom teeth extraction, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The dentist was present for only a few minutes before quickly leaving, which meant I had to direct all of my questions to the assistant instead. That already made me uncomfortable, since she is not the one performing the extraction. It would have been faster and more appropriate if the dentist had simply stayed a few extra minutes to answer my questions himself. Things got worse when the assistant told me I needed to sign some paperwork. When I looked at it, sedation was already checked off even though I never asked for sedation and was never asked what I wanted. When I said I preferred local anesthetic instead, the assistant became rude and dismissive and even tried to coerce me into signing it. I asked her to check with the dentist about why sedation was necessary and how severe my case actually was. His response was that he was "not comfortable" doing the extraction without sedation. That raised a huge red flag for me. If a dentist isn't comfortable extracting wisdom teeth without sedation, that says a lot. I then asked if someone could be in the room with me as an observer. They flat out said no. That's when I got up and left. When the dentist said he was "not comfortable" doing the extraction without sedation, it didn't sound like a clinical concern, it sounded like a way to justify pushing a more expensive option. Sedation was pre-selected without my consent, and local anesthesia was met with resistance, which made it clear this was about money, not my well-being. I went to another dental office afterward and had the exact opposite experience. Staff was friendly and accommodating, the dentist actually sat down and answered all my questions, confirmed my case did not require sedation, and respected my choice to use local anesthesia only. I had all four wisdom teeth removed in just 30 minutes with zero pain. If you're considering this place, avoid it. This office is unprofessional, dismissive, and does not respect patient consent. I do not recommend them.
