We hired Delmarva Collections in January of 2023, so almost 2 years ago. In this time Josh, our rep only collected 2 accounts. He also expected me (manager in Salisbury) to get all accounts and paperwork from the Ocean City locations for him so he "didn't have to drive all the way there just to pick it up". He also makes appointments with you then shows up a day or two later but gets upset if you are not available. We decided to go with another company because of the lack of collections and the lack of contact and lack of customer service from Josh. When he came into our office this week, I informed him of this, when he asked why he called me a liar, and started yelling at me. I told him he was very unprofessional, and we will no longer be using his services. He went off until I finally told him to leave (I used some not nice language as I was very upset). He even tried stepping at me until he realized I was not alone (my co-worker came out of the back office to see what was going on).
