I was in a vehicle on the way to do a job when I was met with questions and encouraged to smoke weed with some of the other employees. While in the car. I told the employees I don't smoke cannabis or even vape. The employee insisted and joked about it. And persisted that I sit in the back because he was going to smoke weed. At a rest stop before getting to our location and before he could actually smoke the weed, I reported it to Steven, the manager, who insisted that it is going to become legal soon in the state of Delaware, where recreational cannabis without limitation is legal. But insisted his drivers were not going to smoke weed. They told me they were, so I told him what they said. he spinned a little bit and went around the question and tried to questioned whether i wanted the job or not, some shit out of training day. When I tried to explain to him more that I did not want to ride with the weed smokers, he drove off and left me there with them. I told them I was not getting in, I walked back to the job, picked up my bike, and quit. Don't need a low-standard employer who does not screen their employees for criminal activity or excessive recreational drug use. I'm better than that.

    Purchased 2 machines from AGS. An upright Multi-Game Arcade game and a Teenage Mutant Ninja Pinball…read moreMachine as a Mother's Day gift for my wife. The day of delivery, I had a small window to get everything set up before my wife got home. Delivery was set by AGS for a 9 -10 AM timeframe. I had a 1:00 Dr's appt., no problem. Imagine the stress, I had been setting this up for 2 months as a surprise and they finally showed up at 12:30 (their shop is 20 minutes from us). Before I left for my Dr's appt, I gave the owner, Joe, my final payment. In my absence, my younger son took care of things. After I returned home, I went downstairs to check it all out and was looking through the Pinball game's manual. However, there was no Owner's manual, set of keys for the Multi-Arcade Game Cabinet, or warranty information on my 2 new games. I figured, honest mistake. I immediately called Joe, he answered and I asked about it. However, he first insisted that I pay for the upgraded TMNT Pinball Machines Sword handle ball launcher he had installed. Which when asked, I happily obliged. That was all back in May. After nearly a dozen emails, countless calls and attempts at contacting the owner, Joe. We have been left with a Multi-Game Arcade cabinet with a fire button that intermittently does not fire during game play. And the track ball, while it freely spins, does not engage the roller controls as it should that it sits in. With that said, I've requested our Multi-Arcade Game cabinet key and Owners manual several times over multiple phone conversations, messages and emails; dated, 5/20/21, 7/31/21, 8/3/21, 9/18/2, 11/26/21, etc ... with no follow through from the owner. I informed the owner of the problems I was having with the games with no luck. Although, the one time I did manage to get a hold of him, he quickly assured me it would be taken care of and apologized for the delay. Well, that was back in August and I have yet to be contacted about anything. I can't go to the showroom and pickup said items which I've offered to do. Because, the showroom is open by appointment only. Meaning, I would actually have to talk to Joe to follow through. I've left more messages than I care to admit, hence my continued frustration. Now it's mid December, I have a 7 month old Multi-Arcade Game cabinet with malfunctioning controls with a locked cabinet and absolutely no access to the interior, no warranty information or Owner's Manual. I'm at my wits end why my requests have been ignored for so long to get this resolved. All I ask for is professional integrity, honesty and courteous customer service to be provided when warranted.

    Great fun for the middle age dudes who hearken back to plugging quarters into arcade machines back…read morein the day. I got a machine from them and the support and service is top notch. The owner is a passionate enthusiast and is really interested in a quality experience. Everything from old games to new multi aides that play like the originals.
