Their disorganization has regularly put me through phone tag hell and left me stranded without my medication. Departments do not communicate between each other adequately and they have failed to refill my prescription after prescription refill appointments not once but twice in the last two years, resulting in painful weeks waiting for my medication. I've currently been calling and leaving messages every day this week begging for the refill I paid to have done two months ago with no response from any practitioner. I will be seeking a new doctor to monitor my autoimmune disease and administer my refills.

After saving $1100, I returned for a refresh--only to find Kimberly gone and was referred to Dee Roush. Despite clearly asking for the same puffier lip effect (not the Flip trend), Dee injected around the lip line. I stopped her mid-procedure, but she insisted I trust the process. My lips looked unnatural and duck-like for weeks--and even today, I have to try to minimize how they look. At the follow-up, Dee hadn't even reviewed my file to understand where things went wrong, yet she offered to redo the procedure--at my expense. No apology, no correction, no refund. I feel unheard and disappointed. I'm requesting a full refund so I can have the procedure corrected elsewhere.
