I read reviews on yelp to evaluate some choices. Daniel responded promptly, was very courteous and his rate was reasonable. He was extremely patient with all of my questions. I was actually excited to work with him. After all was finalized and I was in Charlotte with all of my family, we decided on the afternoon of the shoot that we wanted to do the shoot at my dad's house instead of the location that we had already identified. Daniel was extremely accommodating and agreed to come to the house a little early to scout out good sites to use. The shoot was fun and not nearly as "painful" as other photo shoots I have done. It was ALL because Daniel is not only a great photographer, but he is relaxed and made us also more at ease. He has a great sense of humor too! Andrea, who works with Daniel, was also helpful in posing pictures and just being another pair of eyes and hands. She even thought to bring a green blanket knowing we might want to take some pictures sitting in grass!!! The best part is that the pictures are fantastic! They look great and truly captured the personalities of my family. We got them much quicker than I expected and Daniel provided us with a link to see them and download if we wanted. It is very easy! From the beginning, Daniel was a delight to work with. All in all, the experience was wonderful and I would strongly recommend using Daniel and Green Valley Photography.

Whether it was Mal helping my wife while she was getting ready, or Alex helping close the tent walls during the reception and so much more. And none of that was their responsibility, but it certainly made a huge difference! We had so many people tell us just how awesome they were! When it comes to photography, Alex and Mal are hands down the best of the best. During engagement photos, they made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and had the most creative ideas for what would make the best photos. The same goes for our wedding photos and video. All three of them were very punctual and organized on our wedding day. At times, I felt they were doing more to keep everything on schedule than our wedding planner. Just like the engagement photos, the wedding photos blew us away with how amazing they turned out. Alex and Mal will always be our go to photographers for any future family events or needs! If you are able to splurge a little, definitely have Alex partner with Jorge for the videography. You will not be disappointed, and every dollar will be worth it! The video was amazing and we watched it over and over again the first week of getting it. Thank you all so much for an amazing experience.

We really wanted a photographer who could help with the flow of the day, rather than be another part in the craziness. Maggie did just this - she got our pictures with our large family quickly and easily, all while making sure everyone had a good time, wasn't waiting around, and felt like a model. We also fell in love with her photos as soon as we saw them on Instagram, and we knew we had to have her travel to us. Sometimes paying for wedding photographers to travel can be expensive and confusing, but Maggie is so trustworthy that we had zero doubts about the value she could bring to our day. Finally, the results she produced were amazing. She delivered so many pictures, beyond what we were expecting, and they were all so beautiful. Getting married/planning during covid proved difficult for finding a venue, so our wedding was at a family church and we were concerned about it photographing well. Maggie made our church look as classy as any wedding venue, and with enough variety that we really do have all of the pictures we could want. We are so happy that we had her as a part of our day, and would recommend her to anyone.

She did our engagement photos in the Outer Banks and we were thankful she was eager and excited to travel for us--we had so much fun. I had my bridal portraits at her natural light studio in an old, historic building with exposed brick and it was the perfect vibe. She did so well with capturing the mood I wanted. For our wedding day, she handled our big rowdy bunch with so much grace and patience, bless her! Everyone loved working with her and we can not wait for our final gallery. Her work ethic, passion for photography, and her love of love/families is so apparent in her work. If I could give 10 stars I would. We have found such a gem in Jessica and can't wait to book her again!!
