So far she has been extremely trustworthy and communicative about my children even giving me super amazing advice that I really needed. Her home is clean and secure with a huge yard. That is fully fenced. She even has a nice big guard dog in a separate fenced off area. She has an older daughter who helps her and they are an amazing team, she also has hired help, one person, who comes and helps if she has a lot of kids that day. I have had no problems with this woman. She is absolutely amazing through and through. She uses brightwheel to check in and do updates and what not but she will also not hesitate to text you directly. She's very down to earth and laid back.

As a 2nd Grade teacher, I value her on-going early childhood education. She knows what is developmentally appreciate for the children and helps enhance their physical, social, emotional, language and cognitive skills. My whole family and I are impressed with the things our children come home knowing. We also admire her Christian values as well. We actually volunteered with Stephanie at church for a while before we found out we were expecting. As soon as we found out we asked her if she had a opening because we knew she rarely did, and if she did they went fast. We love Ms. Stephanie as she is one of the biggest blessings in our life!We will not move, and I will not change school districts until my kids start school because I wouldn't feel as secure with my children anywhere else.

When he came to them at the age of three, he couldn't even crawl, let alone walk due to brain cancer. The staff there embraced our whole family, and took incredible care of our son, and still does! Kim always made sure there is adequate staffing when he comes because of his special needs. I can always be confident that he is safe and being taken care of very well. Kim and her staff have gone out of their way, time and time again to go above and beyond in making my son feel like he is a part of the Building Memories family. I owe a great deal of credit to Kim and her staff for encouraging Isaiah along the way as he finally learned to walk. It was during Covid that Kim kept her doors open and tried to make it as normal a learning and growing environment as possible, and I truly believe this played a huge part in my son's growth. He thrived during this time and ultimately took his first steps since being diagnosed. Now he walks around that place like he owns it...and many thanks goes to Kim and her staff for loving and caring for my son so much. I can't imagine sending him anywhere else.

He's grown so much and continues to learn daily through their hands on approach. I love hearing all about his day.

She's absolutely terrible at her job and needs to either be fired or retrained in her position. The red haired life guard is absolutely rude. This man doesn't know how to communicate. The shallow water pool was being shut down over an hour early due to swim lessons. This man watched my family and I get in the pool, didn't tell us, then blew his whistle and started telling people the pool was closing for swim lessons in the shallow pool. No swim lessons were even held in that pool during the time my family and I were there. The facility itself is disgusting. People eat in the women's locker room. There's always blood or poop all over the bathroom stall walls. Women bring their sons who are over the age of 5 in there as well and don't control them. So you have boys watching you change, and it's disgusting. The family locker room is even more disgusting. There's always pee all over the personal bathroom/showers. There's always pee all over the toilet and the floor. People throw toilet paper and paper towels all over the place, too. Someone even left their nasty fake eye lashes in the shower. The gym is gross, too. The wipe stations would be empty and people wouldn't clean up their equipment. People would also bring their children in there with them and let their children run around and play on equipment. I was working out in the back area one day, and this kid was sleeping on one of the machines

The female attendant that answered the phone in the morning was so rude, it actually made me check I was calling the right organization to get information I needed . I'm very disappointed in this particular "Y", and that they have people answering the phone with this poor disrespectful attitude. She never gave me a direct answer - so gave up and went to my usual place.
