Unfortunately my experience with this company has been terrible. My camera broke just before a 10-day trip, so I thought of renting a replacement camera. I filled in the form on the website, put in the dates for my trip, and got a price of 220 EUR for Canon 5D IV. Ok, sounds great. I called and made a reservation. But when I later came to the store to pick up the camera I was informed that's a DAILY rate, even though I entered the dates of the trip (10 days in total) on the website and that's the total price the site quoted. So, good job wasting my time for coming all the way in there and leaving bare-handed! Obviously I didn't rent the camera, because this price is completely outrageous. The best they could offer me was a 7D mk II for 70 per day, or 700 EUR per 10 day period. It so happened that I was in the camera store that same day and a BRAND NEW 7d mk II costs 1200 EUR, so the rate for 10 days of USED camera is MORE THAN 50% OF THE COST OF THE BRAND NEW CAMERA! This is an absolute joke! After all you don't expect to pay 60% of the car cost when you rent a car for 10 days! Very disappointed. read more
