Sometimes I've found the staff to be excellent, really helpful and friendly. Other times it has been pityful and I've vowed never to return. We always do though, as we like the grub! There are comfy armchairs as well as the usual fast-food style seats which makes a pleasant change. There is a single toilet at the rear, but you need to get a member of staff to press a buzzer before you can gain access. The main door is a bit difficult to navigate with a pushchair as it splits in two and both are heavy, so I guess it would be a nightmare in a wheelchair unless accompanied. Otherwise, give it a go.
