I tried calling them back three times within the hour and no one picked up the phone. Everything went straight to voicemail and therefore we never actually made any kind of contact. Further, the man from Charles Schwab never tried calling a second time to try to reach me. I am sure they have caller ID there where they show missed calls. In fact it also probably shows the name and the phone number so they knew I called back three times and still never called me back. This is definitely not the way to do business and part of me is glad they didn't call me again.

I protested and asked if I could just speak with someone for 10 mins, and they still refused me. I was so disgusted with this LACK of customer service. It is unfortunate, that I won't ever be able to consider the branch office as a resource, because I won't ever go there again. Horrible!

Considering that sizable differences were found, multiple errors had occurred, no offering to help us understand, and there was a lack of communication and care with any form of perceptible urgency or respect, we are extremely disappointed overall. A service was not performed for us, yet he took our money and has not made any effort to make the situation right. Once they have your money, they make no effort to ensure your happiness.
