They don't know what they're doing. I paid them in March to start a subscription and they're telling me it was from January to March. They're wrong. When they deliver the paper they throw it anywhere. It's never by the front door where it should be. Half the time you don't even get the paper. read more

I recently bought a house and wanted to subscribe to the Delco Daily Times now that I was actually able to receive it at my door. I never received ONE SINGLE PAPER for months despite submitting disputes through my online account and requesting refunds for not receiving a paper. When I finally was able to speak with someone at the Times, they were unable to refund any previous monthly charges because it's a "prepaid service." They weren't even able to send me an email confirmation that I have been unsubscribed from this so-called "service." I will be watching my account next month to make sure I am not charged again. Horrible experience. I signed up for the delco times for 99 cents for 4 weeks intro rate Sunday edition. Never received a paper. But even worse, when I entered my credit card info, it took me to what I now know was a phishing website. Unwittingly I had been signed up for a bunch of sham dating sites making recurrent charges. It was a nightmare to deal with. On top of that, delco times called me saying I OWED them money for the subscription when they never once delivered a paper! When I checked my cc statement, sure enough, the $ 0.99 intro rate to the Delco Times does show up. So either the business is allowing phishing sites access to your information, or the Delco times IS the phishing site. Their customer service is in Arizona so obviously this is not a niche local paper like they want you to think. read more
