I ask for my burrito with just meat and rice, sometimes onions. I ask for it to be grilled. I asked for (2) to (3) serrano peppers on the side. Before they "disappeared" off of GrubHub, they had a button on their page for sauces. They don't charge for them on the app and don't have a quantity cap, so i usually ask for around (4) to (5) green and the same in habanero. The burritos are big and I'm a salsa kind of guy lol. If 10 sauces overall is too much, then that's fine. At least give me something lol. I've been given (0) or (1) at times. My burrito is 50/50 sometimes grilled, sometimes not "mostly not", they will forget my drinks from time to time. When i ask the driver, they say they weren't given a drink. My food has come cold, the meat has been chewy and fatty. I've had to get refunds on orders because of the quality. So I always ask the drivers to make sure my drinks are there and my sauces are in the bag. But here I've been, coming back cause i was genuinely a happy customer more times than not. Then to randomly hear from a delivery driver who's picked up your orders from here before, you've been talked "sh$t' about. So much that he even contemplated telling me "DONT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE". I did exactly as instructed, and they did respond after reviewing picture and said they would issue refund... but despite following up multiple times, no one ever processed my refund or even responded. Considering how expensive the food is here (plus added service fees), it's really disappointing to be treated with such unprofessionalism. All I expected was accountability and a resolution for an order that was clearly incomplete. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and customer care has left a very negative impression, and I don't plan to return.
